Very nice conversion - just one (well two actually!) things missing - armrests on 'both' sides of the front seats, doesn't matter much when in forward position, but a great addition once swivelled.

We seem to build real quality van conversion in the UK , IH , Consort Vantage etc , why can’t our motorhome manufacturers build to the same standard.

You can walk from the site via some fields right into town. Fabulous!

I'll be honest, this looks like a great van. I don't know if you noticed but while you were looking under the seats I'm pretty sure the voices outside are those of The Poshcats. It sounds like them and I know the looked around consort vans at the show, The Poshcats have a IH panel van conversion.

I changed the oil after watching this video. I waited till the oil stopped draining. When refilling it only took 5 litres to reach the full level (I've checked this several times). This has me wondering if all the oil has drained. A concern I had at the time was that since the van was on ramps (I have the same ramps) at the front, it was not level, and so some oil would remain and not flow out. So now I'm not sure what to do. Do I have a mix of 1.5 litres of old oil and 5 litres of new oil ?

I just lost mine to heart disease..do u know any breeders in S.Fla? I'm heartbroken without her

Thanks for a great video. Did you have to break the white plastic plug on the RHS of the footwell to then lift it out? I cannot see how to get it out without breaking something. Thanks for any help you can give.

what was the link to buying the right towbar.? having a right nightmare trying to find the correct one. so many options!. i want a simple towbar with a standdard old style round connector !!

Torque wrench setting is 22nm.

Great timely info Malcolm as we are considering going for the IH 600 RL. Did you change your corner cushions? Where do your coats hang? Where do you go for re-upholstering?

That is a really nice motorhome. I am sure you will appreciate the extra width. It will be interesting to see how you find the width when driving compared to your IH.

Malcolm, which oil did you use. Also is your engine Euro 6. Mine a 2019 2.3 150 needs Fiat spec 9.55535 - DS1 which not many oils meet. I have found Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 and Petronas WR Forward.

Hi, love the layout of the autosleepers, looking at buying a peugeot excecutive autosleeper as my first one as i'm now retired.

Why don't they just have the connections put under the van so easy to access on the chassis ?. why on earth do you have to dismantle all of that to get to a connector ? !! terrible design

In the 1960s we used to approach the way you did with our towed outfit, the site was a grass field with a toilet block centrally positioned, with showers, toilet emptying and washbasins. No electric hookups or hardstandings. The warden had the usual garden shed office from which he organised daily milk and newspapers, delivered to the van at quiet times, otherwise to be collected. There was gas available on site, too. Used to love an early walk to the sea front into Sutton along the sea front then back for breakfast, I was early teens then & my parents work meant we could come here Saturday evening to Sunday once every couple of weeks or so. Easter was always a challenge in a 9ft Sprite 400 with just a 2 ring cooker and gas lighting. I remember the big ‘derelict’ house when it looked at it’s best. And when we first used to visit the railway still ran past the site as well!

How does the Norwich do in an rv? I've had westies and cairns, and I don't think they would be happy with rv or van life

Hello Malcolm, we have a push button switch on the dash which has a ice symbol on it. There is nothing in the manual for it and is absent on the dash diagram. Do you know if it’s for A/C? It needs recharging if it is because there is no cool air. Thanks for any advice
