Walipini Build Part 3: walls to sill plate
This is third in a series showing how I built my sunken garden walipini. The first 4 rows of the walls were built using landscape adhesive as mortar. This made it go quickly, but presented a problem later on because the thin adhesive didn't mask the imperfections in the cinder blocks. I had to use regular mortar for the rest of the walls to fudge the imperfections and end up with level walls all around.
The sill plates are made with green fir torched to perfection in the shou sugi ban method of treating wood for wet conditions.

It does, but the pond is also in the shade now (the trees at the edge grew up over the years), and I know that has helped the algae growth as well.

Fine Wire mesh between foam and berlap will protect the foam from the birds.

I have another question. Does the Play-Doh move around on your face at all? And is it easily indented if you touch it when its on your face? I'm going to be moving around a lot so I just want to be prepared.
Use more gelatin and give it time to set (at least half an hour) on your face. It's cheap enough to make and experiment with before you go.

I have a question? Is that homemade latex flexible, like, can i put it on a dolls head to give it a shape and will it deform or will the shape stay the same after i take it off the dolls nose perhaps
Oh in the doing its easy to how!. If you want to fit a large word on a letter size the lines will be closer together and harder to see. S if you spread that on 2 sheets you can see better.

As far as I remember, yes. It was hard to get a grip on it. And it's messy when it finally comes off, so wrap a bag around it first. Good luck.

That type of gears are called "Pinon gears". How do you stop it to work on it? Since you have no clutch on it. Not really a big concern with this little one..But on a larger scale. This will be a problem. Remember the taller it is. The more wind it receives. And the stronger the wind.

Thanks for posting this! I have a 2016 Troy Bilt 2410. In terms of getting the cover off, my choke knob and throttle knob just had to be pried off. I hit them with a little WD-40 first because they were very tight and I thought I was going to crack on them. The hole on the jet is super small and I would have liked to drilled it out with the #60 drill that Bob Evoy mentioned but I didn't have anything that small, so I cleaned it with a wire bristle that I cut off of a stiff brush. No more surge and I'm very grateful because no one else mentioned this!
