    Just wondering how come you list the tones in that order. I learned to memorize them in a different order: ua s b j m v g d and it sounds like a song.

      I learned it the way it was taught to my great uncle (some of the first RPA students). He taught my dad. This is the standard way I've heard it most of the time. This is also the easiest to memorize because you can hear the distinctions of the tones from the highest and lowest first, then slowly towards the others. I'm sure there are many other ways.

      It wasn't in the original system, and neither was the but we, Hmong, do use that sounds, so I added them.
