@@phileland6506 The user-manual is not written well. Take note of exactly what is stated in the user manual. "LED# 4 (green) - 24-7 BATTERY MAINTENANCE. STEP 5 (Test) and STEP 6 (Float Charge) alternate half-hourly until the battery is disconnected. STEP 5: Test (30 min) - NO CHARGE CURRENT is delivered and the battery voltage is monitored. First test following progression from STEP 4: For a battery able to hold a nominal charge, the program will progress to STEP 6, otherwise LED #2 will blink indicating a faulty battery (see above). Subsequent tests: the need for hourly maintenance charge is determined, influenced by the connected battery type and its state of health and continuous draw from stored vehicle's circuitry. Charge is delivered if voltage has reduced below 13.3V. A healthy lithium battery may occasionally.". There is a TEST phase of 30min, during which no charging occurs. Then is FLOAT charge is activated, it is not continuous. But alternate 30mins.

good question. i do not see peeling of the plasti-dip from moving the eqpt in/out.

i am happy with the mudguard. In my case, I do not see any stress-fracture on the bike's rear wheel spindle frame. Can U send links of damage caused by rear mudguard.

There is no need to take battery out of bike before charging. Use a proper battery trickle-charger, & let it charge for at least 24hrs before starting the bike. From the symptoms you described, it sounds like either the battery is fully-dead (even after charging because it cannot maintain a load- current draw); and/or also the fuel-line is blocked or dirty. Best thing to do is, if you can get a battery load-tester (not just a multimeter), do a load-test of the bike battery immediately after it has full 24hs of charging. Do not use it to start bike yet. My video shows how I used a load-tester to check health of battery. Sometimes the health is so bad, that it cannot store a charge even after 24hrs of charging. That would mean a new battery is needed.

@@climbbike1234 RING doesn't publish this info on its battery-powered cameras. I also have the RING Doorbell4 - which i connected to 15VAC power. In Australian winter, despite being charged with 15VAC, the battery-power decreases very fast, & i am down to 3% power after say 3-4wks. Not satisfactory design.

yep. it doesn't make sense as i bought truck brand new years ago.And it has no suspension lift. Only possibility is that since i optioned the factory heavy-duty springs when i bought the truck. My guess is the HD springs exert higher lift compared to std springs.

i have 5 Stickup battery cams all around outside of house. All connected to solar panels. 4 cams are installed into rain/sun steel-shades i built from rain box-gutters. The solar panels sit on top the shade-roof. there is video of how i make these shades. Works very well, as I have not needed to replace batteries in about 1.5yrs.

@@DIYhabitat I ended up sending back to Kowa UK, aka Pyser SG Ltd. They wrapped in in plastic food saran wrap and sent it back to me. That's not really the answer to a known fault on a high-priced optical product.

that is correct. It also does not remove viruses.

If that is your concern you can purchase the in line carbon filter. Its cheap, less than 10$

thx. The GIVI instructions do not provide torque settings. Very few - if any - 3rd party crashbar manufacturers provide bike specific torque-settings owing to liability. Google search TIGER900RP service-manual, & it contains torque-settings.

i have 5 outdoor RING STICKUP cams installed outside at various heights that need ladder access. They all have solar panels... so no need to change batteries. The new model solar panels are better with more power output. i have video comparing new to old panels. I had 1 STICKUP cam & panel replaced by RING tech support owing to excessibe battery drain after some mths of use. I kept detailed log of date/time/battery-level/activations. T And used that data log tp get RING to send me new replacement. I have video on that as well.
