You did an amazing job love your work ❤️ I have a couple of questions if you don't mind where did you get the plans and you said you modified them what changes did you make one last thing can you tell me what is the size of your rafters, roof thanks for sharing your work keep it up
Awesome- hope to do one very similar 👍🏽
Nice little cabin ! Is that 10’x12’ ? And what is the height of it ?
❤ amei tudo 😊
Great work ! Thanks so much for sharing.Blessings and stay safe.😊
Why not hilt bolt the piers to the foundation?
What do you think? What would you have done differently?
Don’t you want a couple inches of overhang for the windows with the roof so water doesn’t fall directly on the side of the house and the windows seems?
yes that would have been great. Currently planning to add something above the doorway to help divert water
I am looking at a CW2100 as well, how are you liking it after 1 year? I plan to put it in a 18' x 13' room and maybe help our heater on cold days I suspect the small blower will not be an issue. Do you know how tall the inside of the fire box it?
One thing about inserts is that they dont have big fireboxes but the bricks in the fireplace add mass. If you burn an all day fire the bricks should slowly release heat through the night.
You did a great Job man, really like the way it's turned out and I especially like the minimalist kitchen, just right for that sort of place.
Thank you! The kitchen needed a lot of thought due to the limited space, and because of that it was one of the parts I was most hesitant to tackle
You did a beautiful job. Thank you for taking the time to share it with us! I like the arrangement of the windows.
Thank you! It was fun to see it come together, and I am especially happy with the windows :)
Windows are perfect.

This is actually great feedback. Picking music for a time lapse is so hard, for some reason.
A frames look awesome until you get inside and realize that there's very little usable space.
Seems like there's plenty of usable space for the footprint. Looks cozy.
It's true, but they are easy to build and nice to look at, and can be pretty cozy for short term stays!
You all ready need an addition awsome job😊
Cool !
What size that is, may be down the years I may try that okay
Roughly 120 sq ft
very excellent👍
Wow!Very beautiful
WOW... you really know what you are doing. GREAT!!!
Thank you very much!
INCREDIBLE. Wow, excellent job ! Looks like an amazing getaway
Thanks! I'll be looking for some "beta testers" shortly to fine tune things before officially launching it
Awesome video, love the build
Thanks man! I appreciate the support!
Animal abuse
if that shell is smooth its a common snapper but if the shell is like bumpy like an alligator thin its an alligator snapper
Yes you’re right - we thought it must be an alligator because of the crazy looking tail and feet, but looking at the pictures of a common snapping turtle I think we were wrong.
@handson2022 Common Snapping Turtle Chelydra serpentina .Alligator Snapping Turtle Macrochelys temminchii doesn't leave water until early summer to lay eggs . Leave them alone poking them with sticks isn't a good idea .
Teaching children to abuse animals.

He's like, "Laddie, just get the bloody stick out of my face !"
It would be helpful if you can describe what you are doing and why.
When not in use, does the cold air get through blower?
No, it doesn't seem to
Good job 👍
Good job..
very nice! @ 9:18 where did u buy this connector? i need one as well. tia

you are gonna hit the bottom if you weigh more than 50 lbs. I dug mine our originally with an escavator and every few years since by hand. your bowl needs much steeper walls and depth. you are like 1/3 or maybe half done.
Nope. I calculated the depth in the middle to avoid that. It could have been deeper on the sides, but it worked great for the kids and actually for my wife and me and the neighbors. The only person that touched ground on the sides weighed >200 lbs, so it didn't concern me.
Is the 12ft or 14 ft?
trampoline was 14' I believe
lol I
How Much time did you spend into making it?
Awesome, how is it holding up? Would you do anything differently?
We don't live there anymore. The only potential problem I remember is that I miscalculated and dug the hole about 1 ft too wide. There was still barely enough space for the trampoline feet, but barely.
Can you explain to me what you did for the legs?? I’m wanting to shorten mine as well so I don’t have to dig 3 ft deep around the entire hole.
Yes, I found some steel canopy footers online that were the perfect size to fit up inside the receivers on the frame where the trampoline legs would go. I can't find the link but I'm pretty sure they were called "canopy footers".

Do you remember what size you got? We are wanting to do this.@@handson2022
