Beautiful hair. I appreciate the tip to cut the hair in the middle of the curl. With curly hair the HAIR RULES, so taking advantage of what the curls want to do makes sense. I've had GREAT cuts (for which I paid big bucks) and I've had "standard layered cuts" (ACK!!!) from stylists that don't understand curls. Your hair is LOVELY, congrats.

Most of your points apply to breastfeeding as well. If I want help, or need a break, I just pump and give my husband a bottle full of breastmilk instead of formula. He gets to be helpful and do a nightshift so I can sleep 6 hours. Breastfed babies also fall into a schedule. The only difference I believe is that they may need to feed more often, but it is still predictable and you can still make plans. Lastly, breastfed babies do not use their mothers as pacifiers unless their mothers offer their breasts when the baby needs pacifying. Otherwise, normal mothers will offer a fussy baby a pacifier or some cuddles, not the breast. Would you offer a formula baby a bottle full of formula every time he was fussy? I feel like a lot of your points were mute. I think the one main benefit is that the baby doesnt solely rely on you as their source of sustenance. That takes a huge burden off your shoulders and spreads it out onto all the adults of the household. Otherwise, everything that can be achieved via formula can be achieved via breastfeeding.

Lovely to see a wee video from you again Leah..these are scary times aren't they. Very sadly my father in law took a massive heart attack on Thursday and passed away. We can't have a wake or funeral for him which is awful as he was a wonderful man and deserves a proper send off but these are the times we're in. The more people take social distancing then the fewer families have to go through this ❤

I decided not to breastfeed after I cracked and bled. My kids were little vampires in the making. I also didn’t like it. I chose to not continue breastfeeding. I actually prefer bottle feeding. And with all the new devices out there that make the bottle for you at the right temperature, it gets easier! Bottle washing is a bit tedious but with a dishwasher and bottle sterilizer, its not really a problem. If I had one now, I’d still bottle feed. I also did love the every 3-4 hours increments of feeding. You can set a schedule by it! I love the perks.

I've been having a hard time with my 2b-2c curls when it comes to having volume at the roots! I usually cut my own hair (just straight - same level cut). It looks like a triangle and I have shallow forehead so it emphasizes the flatness of my head 😭 I'm so glad to have found your video and you did an amazing job on your hair! The only problem is I'm scared to cut my hair with layers. IDK if I can cut it as perfectly as you did on your hair 😅 But anyway, your hair looks amazing! ✨❤️
