I've always wanted to visit but I left before I could... I'm coming back home in a few months and Mana Pools is high up on my bucket list!!
Its one of our favourite parks, its absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend a walking safari from anyone of the camps there!
The animals are thriving in zakouma National Park I'm really happy for them
That certainly seems to be the case Ethan! Its still very underdeveloped in terms of tourism, but is under the protection of African Parks which certainly helps on the poaching side of things!

How does this compare to Sabi sands for game viewing?
Whilst the game viewing is generally pretty great in Klaserie, as it has an open fence to the Kruger National Park, enabling wildlife to roam freely. We have found that the game viewing is exceptionally strong in Sabi Sands with plenty of leopards, lions and elephant! A great place to go an safari.
Everytime I see a Ranger/Guide with his rifle over his shoulder,holding the weapon by the barrel. I shudder and hope that he never has to react , because he will be too late
Hi Hudson. The guide having to actually fire shots with the rifle for the most part is incredibly rare. If they absolutely must use their gun, 9/10 times it will just be used to fire a few warning shots into the air, which results in the animal running away.
