I am really not much of a WVW guy. I just play when my friends are on. I'm only about level 500 or so. Usually in WVW I'll play invocation + salvation just so I stand a chance against all the Cele condi nonsense going on hahaha. My thoughts on renegade buffs are that I'm not very interested in renegade. I have some complains about it from a design standpoint that would take a complete rework from the ground up to address. If people enjoy it that's awesome but it's just not the spec for me!

Thanks very much. I assume you play on the EU servers? EU games I've watched definitely seem to be more tryhard. More people on meta builds, good teamwork. The NA scene is a bit of a mixed bag for what you get. That's kinda ok with me though I don't really take the game all that serious

@@homage3 you can hide hammer 5 with instant casting and snap ground target turned on.. as soon ans you start casting it you switch the target and animation sometimes disappears completely and some time it goes on initial location while hitting new target .. quite niche , I know but i find it interesting xD

No gameplay changes? Is a new map, updating an old map, and a new game mode not a gameplay change?

A proper death match would certainly be good. Although there is the free for all pit which (kinda) works for that.

@@homage3why do you think you see so many wb necros cats thieves ratting or full condi/power builds? Cause PvP queue caters to DMG builds, and is not balanced whatsoever in a boon/team fight heavy game. It is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PVP than wvw, but they keep catering to those classes or power/condi dmg. And what did we get here? Titles, weapon rewards you can already earn through so many diff methods, and PvP reward track potions which already existed they just took out so it’s really not an addition to the game, just a backtrack. Completely shit update.

@@homage3the issue is gameplay. That’s what they need to fix. More amulets don’t fix that, fucking titles, PvP potions, map changes. NONE OF THAT FIXES THE ISSUE if they knew that they wouldn’t be losing so many players. The only reason they are getting any more or returning is bc of the expac and it’s just hype. Not because of a worthwhile product.

The sad part is I know people from over 4 diff mmos who have moved to gw2 in hopes of a better PvP mmo, and then quit because of all the catering. It’s fucking tragic they ignore problems they create.

I think that splitting the population is a valid concern. But it is also a possibility that the new content and increased rewards will increase the population and reduce queue times. We'll see!

Wow good eye what an interesting question- I've never noticed that AOE before. Does it not show when you cast the heal on the red alliance stance?
