Hate to say this, but it's so very true !. The people i have met, from Michigan ! Are all sneaky thieves, backstabbing liars ! Not one, out of 15 or so ? Have any morals or character !. We were all treated horribly at Loan Giant. FBI raided several times yet nothing - I'm sure they are doing loans somewhere scamming everyone! It's what they do. The other owners need to be investigated. find them. There are 3 more out there!!!!! doing loans. not ok.They sneak loans into other companies now but they ARE still doing it! Grifters; all 4 of them and Jack wasn't; even the worst!!!! Stop them too please!

I hear these horror stories all the time . Our family fell victim to an estate sale company in Eugene, Oregon. There was no accounting of items sold & price items sold for & neither did the thief, personal representative. Being one of three heirs, after the PR & her children raided the estate, I offered to buy 100% of the estate personal belongings & the house, but the PR ignored me. I offered to buy it all from the estate company before the sale & she said "that wouldn't be fair ". Not fair to whom? I had to get an atty to attend the & she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I said go ahead I have a letter here that states I can be here. What she didn't want me to see was that her staff was first in line to buy. That violates state law. They can't buy from the estate or have 3rd third parties buy on their behalf. She also ran her own antique business. That's a conflict of interest. When I asked where certain items were she said they never saw them. When asked about his gold rings & other jewelry she said there was none & excused herself to go outside. She went to her car and brought back 2 rings & a lapel pin my father got in 1957. The PR repeatedly perjured herself in her sworn deposition & court hearing & the estate sales owner wrote a perjured statement; both lying about the antiques and collectibles in his game room being junk & not being refurbished, when in fact all had been refurbished & were working & in excellent condition. Apparently, being an heir that's being ripped off is a victimless crime. Because the DA allows perjury in their courts to go unpunished unpunished.

Why is this suddenly happening far too often? Who is working at these organizations? AT&T data leak, now Google listing changes, AI hacking, Banks hacking accounts, United Health hacking, Skimmers, FBCS hacking...nothing is safe any longer.

This is a multi-pronged problem. 1.) Google shouldn't be creating "business pages" and then waiting for the business to reach out and claim them. I see business pages all the time that have a link right at the bottom stating that the page is unclaimed, and click here to claim it. 2.) Business owners who are not taking control of their Google business page and keeping hours of operation, phone number, and other information up to date are doing themselves and their customers a disservice. 3.) People need some basic critical thinking skills. 2:36 - "Hi there....this is Business Verified. We've been trying to reach you regarding your Google business listing." "Oh, there's somebody from Google. These are the guys I need to talk to." Uhh.....WHAT!? She clearly said she's with Business Verified REGARDING your Google account. That should be a red flag right there.

People need to more careful. The call recording they played literally even says they’re a company calling ABOUT their Google listing. NOT Google.
