Omg soooo I watched this last night and could not wait to try the toasted quiona breakfast bowl this morning! Lol I had leftover quinoa. Seasoned it with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a drop of vanilla. I also added shredded coconut to toast up with it. I layered coconut yogurt, the toasted quinoa, and coconut, peaches and topped with a sprinkle of hemp seeds. It was sooooo delicious! I’ll be having it again tomorrow morning lol thank you so much for sharing and for the inspiration! I took pictures lol maybe I can try to send them to your Instagram dm

I'm in East Texas we are pretty 🔥 98 day 79 at night so , I use a toaster oven so, my home will be cooler. Just a tip for this heat...luv your recipes ..I'm plant base. ❤❤❤❤
Whew 🥵 that is pretty hot. It may be time for us to invest in a toaster over for these days. Our old one set fire and we never bought a new one😅. I’m sure it’s better than using the microwave though. Glad you’re enjoying the recipes ☺️

Love the recipes. I will be trying them all. I’d love to see more vlogs about your daily life. I’m going to have a child like summer as well. To me that means being carefree and doing things that bring me joy. Such as eating cereal on Saturday mornings while watching looney tunes on CZcams, coloring, going to festivals and concerts.

Yay! I always wonder if the cinematic opening is worth it, so thanks for the feedback. Also, not weird at all 😉 I really hope the tips help. Our hair can be a bit tricky sometimes. And don’t sleep on fruit in salads, it’s pretty bomb. I would say just choose fruits that you really love ☺️

I’m just meddling at the stuff on your back counter 😂 would you be open to a pantry/fridge tour? And for the cherries, I use a stiff straw like a metal or plastic reusable one to push through the middle of it after removing the stem. Basically a homemade cherry pitter.
Thanks for tip, I’m so gonna try that next time. As far as the back counter, we keep the things that we use the most in glass containers, but don’t let that fool you, the pantry is a mess 😂. I reorganize the kitchen every summer, so a pantry tour could make it more fun for me. I could definitely do that. ☺️

What are the proportions and ingredients in your morning macha drink? Love your videos
Honestly, the only thing I measure is the matcha itself 😄 I use about teaspoon of matcha and maybe a 1/4-1/2 cup of hot water to whisk it. I use about a cup of oat milk (sometimes more) and I sweeten with agave or vanilla syrup. Hope this helps. And thanks! I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos 🤗

Celery powder, beet powder, and bee pollen (my husband’s). He adds them to juices and smoothies. And you’ll definitely love the mac and cheese.
SUCH a good point, saying that the list of things we consciously choose not to eat is short compared to the long list of real foods that we can/do eat! And I love JustEgg, I don't care that it's not "whole food plant based". I love a nice salty buttery pile of grits (I'm from the south and we grew up eating the white kind)
Yeah, I’m really proud of the amount of foods I’ve discovered and added to my diet that I never would have thought of eating before going vegan. And no, everything doesn’t have to be Whole Foods.

Yum grits. I haven’t had any in a long time. I’ve never made polenta just the Quaker white ones (*whispering*with sugar and butter) LESSER Evil is the best. Their other popcorn flavors are really good. Thanks for reminding me about thrive market. I need to place an order.
😂😂😂 No real judgement here. The polenta is the same, there’s a subtle difference in texture but barely noticeable. I really do need to try the other Lesser Evil flavors. And yes, Thrive is a life hack for me. I get sick of reading labels in the store, so it really helps. ☺️

Aww thanks! I do tend to get a lot of questions about my hair. It is partly genetics, but not completely. There definitely things I’ve done to get it to grow and stay long over the years. I’ll be happy to discuss this in a video soon.
