Something phenomenal happened in 2001. Humanity generated more information in a single year than it had in all of human history, combined, up to that point. Since then, the amount of information available to us has gone parabolic, as documented by former CIA media analyst Martin Gurri in his fascinating book, The Revolt of the Public. Gurri explains the effects of this information “tsunami,” wh...

How come such a simple update can't be QA correctly and it shut down millions clients machines?? He should spend more time to QA his own company's product. • @davidlai399
    @davidlai399 Před 10 dny

    There is no need for war. Worst case scenario is Taiwan formally declares independence. China then blockades Taiwan. USA then freezes China out of global financial and trade system. China would be crippled as it is neither food nor fuel self sufficient and its economy entirely dependent on trade. That is America’s main objective. Other points to further elaborate: Taiwan was formally administered by Chinese Qing government until end of 19th century when Japanese took control, but sovereignty reverted to China after Japan’s defeat in WWII. Second, Chiang Kai Shek’s regime did not disintegrate. Twelve years after Chiang’s death, his son and heir Chiang Ching Kuo ended martial law, allowed Taiwanese exchange with the Mainland as well as Hong Kong and Macau, and guided the government into a democracy.

    Every single cryptocurrency, whether it’s private or not is irrelevant, because the minute you go and withdraw, you need a bank account that’s linked to the exchange which has KYC regulations. Basically, if you’re looking to commit fraud in any way, using a bank account is not for you. The crypto itself may be, but without a bank account, what’s the subjective value of your crypto if you can’t spend it without converting to crypto?
