What paint do you use out if curiosity, I know alot if people use chalk paint I was wondering what your preference was?

I thought it was to far gone, so many deep scratches and so on.. but wow! Great job

When he discovered the key that still worked, it felt like unlocking a hidden passion, an unexpected pleasure that brought a smile to his lips. After you used the scraper to remove the finish, you sprayed something on a rag to wipe it down. What did you use?

It turned out beautifully, great job. I have a mango wood dining table, and the grain looks the same as the support pieces on your table. No idea if yours is mango wood or not, but I think it’s a possibility, if they would have even used that type of timber back when this table was made?

I'm one of those people who usually walk away from painted wood furniture, but you did a great job, and I like the oak with the black legs. I have something I think I'll try that on soon.

I paint and then smooth with a roller, it gives a lovely finish but I buy 2 inch ones online, it gives me more dexterity than a 4 inch one. Lovely contrast with the wood.

I usually hate painted wood, but it gives it a sleek look in this case. I guess ebonizing the wood wouldn’t have done it though.

This came out nice. The black is a great contrast to the lovely oak. Should the money spent be in pounds rather than dollars as your in the UK? Or did you do a £ to $ conversion? I’m sorry but I can’t help but notice these things.
