Why judge against a knife for a thin slicey tip, it is not a prybar? Omega springs break and that actually hinders function, why not share that info?

The grace message at the end.. I am always thinking about that,& say something similar to my daughter nearly every day. So true.on the other hand, there’s periods of time when I feel like I’m I’m walking through a spiritual desert.?.?Empty feeling. I don’t know why that is. I still try and do the right things, but it doesn’t come near as naturally .When I’m in the lows, I loose my temper quickly and often, and just don’t feel nearly as content..Wonder what that’s about. ?? Knives….like the 940 .same reasons as you. Just recently started considering a bench made. Want 1st axis lock. Looked at & held some bugouts & 940s,945s & others. Think a 940 with a bugout clip would be good.really like bugouts clip. Haven’t carried any of them .On the worst run ever for loosing knives because of the clips. Dam Civivi Paraxis!2 of the old ones with ugly gold liner,1 newer one & the last was a purple and damascus. All 4 bent at such a angle I couldn’t help but notice!Took clips off and bent back into shape with 2 pairs of pliers,reinstalled.2nd bend, never felt it ,just gone.know there is no comparison of quality. $ spent on the 4 budget knives could have been a 940 OR a945 carried all the way inside my pocket. Much prefer a knife clipped on pocket ,BUT ,suffering from a bad case of PBCS!(post bent clip syndrome)…. PS..Anybody have any thoughts on getting the 940 (probably the 940,but if not ,whatever knife I might get, putting a short stout clip like the bugout clip on it.?.? (Probably see if I could order a genuine one from bench made,no aftermarket knock offs.have seen the counterfeit 940s & bugouts.impressive knock offs but no telling what they are made of.Noticed the fake bugout clip wasn’t a good one. ).Thx in advance!

The keen liner is the best!!!!!! Its the only system based on the sympatex technology due to dermizax membrane. What you have noticed in heavy wet gras is the ww3 for any bott. With or without membrane. The soft water will normally massaged by every step in your footwear. To stop this you can not find man boots to resist. Normally not. The Keen is today one of the only company who is able to resist. And by the way after 5 years of hunting with the same shoe for example a worker boot. There are only a few shoes like Meindl Perfect Lowa Combat Boot Hanwag Tundra Top? Or short hhigh performance boots that can compare to any keen to be waterproof after! The right impra process. For those combined wet terraine i would try after 30 years of experimentating a Keen is waterproof is needed!!!!!!

I thought of this sort of system. Can a person sleep at an angle to create the flat sleep effect with this system? That’s what is troubling me of attempting it. Right now, I sleep on top of a military down bag I used since a kid. I never had compression problems, and I store it compressed to. Ya, I know, a big no no, but hey, I am not cold and I sleep in snow. Down on bottom, another bag on top, with half mattress inside it, a silk liner, and a wool blanket at hand in case.

This was made more than 9 years ago. I'm not sure when the BRS 3000t stoves came on the market, but they are lighter, smaller, and way less expensive than the MRS pocket rockets. I did a test boil with my BRS using 1 cup of water yesterday because I'm working on a blog article about alcohol stoves vs canister stoves. My rolling boil time with the BRS stove was around 1:50, so almost 15 seconds faster than your pocket rocket. Granted, elevation can make a difference, but that's impressive to me for a stove that weighs around 1 ounce and costs less than $20.
