I strongly believe it's no ok to use toys because the core of Sex from a biblical POV is that we should rely on each other as partners. For instance; masterbation or porn is not okay (always not ok) but especially in Marriage, because it makes one of the partners relies and depends on something/someone else other than your partner that you have a covenant with.
