I love using Elumen colour. Can you please advise how I can avoid scalp staining when using a brush application? I've added thickner to my formula but still struggle with the staining.

What does “that technique” mean?

In my experience, use tinfoil and a warm cap to cover it and leave it on für 45 to 60 minutes and rinse out. Maybe you habe so repeat this several times, depending on how much Elumen you have in your hair e.g. … but it definitely will work! It’s a process, but it will work.

I have naturally dark brown hair color and I have been using NA@2 (black color) as I am allergic to other hair colors and Elumen is the only hair color that doesn’t make any bad reactions to my skin, but it didn’t cover my gray (white hair) well. So I was very exited to hear that You have launched the NN hair colors series. I tried NN@2 as it is the darkest but it doesn’t cover my gray (white) hair😢 What do you suggest to try?

NA@2 doesn't cover my dark blonde roots, it looks like a washed out brown (I used prepare and lock) :-/
