no need to go any farther . no more climbing until the trash has been removed, every last piece of it. how dare these people crap all over everything in the name of climbing the mountain. I would rather be on top of a 2900 ft litter free mt. by myself than on top of the world with any of these creepy people

Leave it to human beings to ruin one of the most incredible things mother nature has ever made. It's heartbreaking and they should be ashamed.

They don't have a choice. They have to have Sherpas with them in order to climb legally. Anywhere in the Hemelias they have to have a Sherpa so what's your point?

@sethwiley7839 yes, I know. I have had friends up here in Alaska who were climbers, and they did not feel the urge to master the big guy.

Nepal should make it mandatory you want to climb, you make sure all your waste is taken with you not thrown where ever.

They can't afford to clean Everest without climbers. They have been making new rules for climbers having to bring all human waste down and more. All you see is a small area of Everest. Like most youtube clips it's easy to make a place look worse then it is.

They are one of the poorest nations. Without money coming in the can't afford to clean Everest. Most people live off there summers by carrying supplies, making food, being a sherpa. Their whole society runs off of donations by climbers.
