Lord please give me the power and ability to overcome the sin of lust.

The thing with lust that I am realizing is it doesn’t come back in entirety. Instead, it’s a small drip that we can justify in small doses, a lie from the enemy. That drip continues and before you know it, you are in a pool. I heard a saying that helps make this idea tangible - “You cannot stop a bird from flying over your head, but you can stop it from building its nest.” The invasive thoughts will come - that’s part of our fleshly experience here on earth. But what we do with those thoughts when we let them take up our mind and spend time on them is the bird building its nest. Stay strong, brothers and sisters! This is the good fight, and one that is never truly accomplished until our lives are finished on earth. Beware of the warning signs and stay rooted in the Word and in the faith. AMEN!

You don't defeat lust. Stop thinking you have what it takes to "defeat" passions, you'll only grow in pride. Temptations are sent to perfect our souls. Don't misunderstand, you can become better at indulging and resisting. But what's most important is leaning on the Lord prior to falling but if you do fall, repent genuinely and rise again O’sinner.

I don’t wanna go to school. my mother does not care about me or make me feel like I’m a chore for her, I hate how I look, at school I’m kinda being bullied by a classmate, I feel like I might end up in depression again. Also I feel like you should say I rebuke that in the name of Jesus. I wanna vent but I don’t wanna end up making a curse.

Be strong and courageous those are the only commands I follow that were given onto Joshua. Do not be outwardly nice but do whats right, don't let others use the word of God against you, he speaks through our hearts, not other people. Youll know its him because he delivers absolute peace and love without restraint without asking something in return like the devil and his schemers do.

Strength is not about might, it’s about your wit and always do what is right. Doing right no matter what, no matter the cost. For people lose sight of what is right and seem lost. But do not fret, most who are lost can be found. All you need to do is listen to your sound. Listen to your soul for this is where the lord speaks from. His word is for everyone but few not many will come. We all have and make choices in life. The ones deemed by the-masses may seem right. But do not listen to them listen to the lord, even if it takes all night. The righteous path is narrow and difficult. We all fail from time to time, but remember at the end those who follow will not pay the ultimate price. One that is not of this earth. One that is more than the dirt, more than the dirt we get buried in. But remember we all sin, we all fall short of the glory. Remember the great sacrifice no one else could bear. No one else would even dare. He is mightier than all, he conquers all. Those who committed sin against god and suffered the great fall. Do not be like them I say, follow the righteous path and do not stray. Life is difficult that we know, but remember you reap what you sow.
