    А в доме вообще есть мужчина? А женщины просто молодцы, труженицы. У нас с мужем тоже было большое хозяйство, только коров мы с ним держали целых три, свиней было много, куры , утки, и огород 35 соток. Муж был постоянно на работе , он доярок возил. Тяжела деревенская жизнь, трудиться надо от зори до зори, не потопаешь не полопаешь. Зато все было свое , без ГМО. В комментариях пишут почему нет улыбки на лице женщин.? Вот наверное готовятся к празднику, вот и будет веселье. В деревне так , делу время потехе час.

    Я вымачиваю в холодной воде сутки, 4 раза меняю воду, вычищаю до бела кожу, варю 10мират, эту воду выливаю, промываю опять холодной водой. Наливаю новую воду и варю 6-8 часов, даже не прикипении, а когда вода "дрожит. Добавляю 2 луковицы в шелухе. Бульон получается прозрачный, янтарного цвета. Лишний замораживаю в пластиковых бутылка в морозилке. Использую для первогоблюда

    Да, ещё забыла, вернулась опять, а сало какое.... Мы то вообще сто лет е видели такого удовольствия. Мамочка моя покойная вообще не могла жить без сала. Все деревенские, прошедшие войну, особенно ценили сало. Я то как у Вас много лет не видела, у нас такого и не купишь нигде ни за какие деньги. Шкварки аж прозрачные. А у нас в Москве всё искусственное, всё синтетическое.Господи,какое молоко жёлтое, наверное жирность, как у нас сливки 10 %, точно. Сыр, тоже наверное сами делаете.
