It has been an honor to connect with each of these practitioners and having a better understanding on the importance of Mele Hawai’i. Mahalo mahalo mahalo!

This coming January we will finally release the short Documentary, “The Uluwehi Project”. It has been a long and hard journey, but it was worth the dedication. Mahalo to those who are in and out of this film. Without Kuhao pushing me to limits I didn’t think I could pull off, this film would not be announced.

Hula ʻekolu, E Kū, e Uli e Kama is a pule the Kahuna of Kuakaʻilani asked ʻIwikauikaua to recite. This pule divides the kapu from the ʻaha. Hula ʻehā, He Kaukau No e Lono is a contemporary composition and choreography. This hula kiaʻi was written for Lono and the many water forms of Lono.
