Schöne Aufnahme! Auffällig ist die Graffiti Kunst am Eingang der Station.

Little disturbing is that the metro lies next to a 8x2 lanes mega highway. Defeats the purpose of public transport.🤐🤪 Another thing I notice is that actual citizens don't seem to take the subway. I mostly see ex-pats or foreigners using the system. I don't know what your assessment is of the Emiratis using the metro .... 🤫😜

Without the huge box vaults of the deeper stations, you actually realise how short and small the platform area is. 👍🤫😎

While it's a nice modern and recent station, there are too many advertisements and LED- screens distracting from the clean modern architecture. Guess Transport for London needs the money 🤔🙄🤐

Fun fact: Malakoff is a commune in the suburbs of Paris named after a famous battle during the Crimean War of the 1850's against the Russian Empire. It was named in honour of the battle because a victory monument was erected there. The station is typical 1970s style, and with 1970s metro trains :D

I'm surprised you're still using paper tickets! They have been progressively phased out over the last few years, and now only certain ticket types are available on paper.

München has the best public transport for me. I stayed very close to Ostbanhof and would take trains from here to everywhere in the city. Brings back such good memories. Ich liebe München <3

3:20 oddly enough by the crap state of the station, I was kind of expecting the trains to be in a similar run-down unappealing state too. I wasn't disappointed. 😐This station is only from 1980 but it looks like a Soviet-architect designed it and since it opened nothing has been done to keep is pleasant. 🤔🤐🤨

Back in 1984: The mayor: "You know there is a mass sale of rectangular white tiles". Architect: "Great let's use that for all platforms". "And orange is finally out, so they're having a flash sale of plastic seats and panelling". Architect: "Marvellous, it will be the cheapest looking station in Dortmund". 😉😋🤫
