What is the size of that 10 ring. Could the aiming “solution” aperture + globe be the first concept of a red dot? Should the company Aimpoint really should’ve been named Johnmosesbrowningpoint? Makes a man wonder. Nevertheless, assuming the 10 ring is 1” will definitely get them rat zombies lifting my blue bin for the used coke can. By the way, is this caliber a close relative of the puny 5.56?
Awesome video, glad to see this rifle get the respect it deserves, but where is the upgraded video 🙏🏻 Maybe include info on where you found your parts from, websites, etc too
@@ParaBellaActual I’m very excited to hear that! I liked your video so much that I subscribed before it was over. You have a smart and enthusiastic way of talking that doesn’t go too far as to sound geeky or “CZcamsr-y”. I’ll be there when it’s out, but don’t rush or anything
The 14 variants we used in Iraq & Afghanistan were but one tool we could draw from our toolbox. Honestly, everyone fought over who got to carry the 14’s. It wasn’t what you wanted to clear houses in Fallujah, but it was what you wanted to take out that asshole 700m out on the ridge line.
OK, so why is this the worst military weapon first of all this caliber, that this thing uses? Is massive it’s a 308 win and it was also not that well by use by soldiers because the full auto was pretty uncontrollable because how much recoil it did, but if I’m being honest with you, this rifle is one of my favorite of all time.
I bet there’s hundreds of people commenting in here about how it’s absurd to say it’s the worst rifle but in fact it’s the best rifle 🤦♂️🤦♂️😂😂. It is 100% the best rifle to have other then a trusty ar15 tho.
The bolt closing when you remove the magazine is a problem with the magazine not with the gun....I have a couple promag brand magazines that do the same thing....but my springfield 20 round mags do not do that, they work perfect and have a stiffer spring than the cheap prompts. My only complaint about the springfield mags is that they flop around when installed with the bolt held open and the promags do not...that's the only good thing I can say about Promag mags......magazines have always been an issue with m1a/m14....I wish magpul or someone would make some reliable polymer mags for the m1a/m14
Bolt held open, or closed, a USGI M14 magazine should not be "flopping around." Magazine Fitment issues are common among M14 rifles that slipped through QC. The design of the USGI M14 magazine is one of the most sturdy magazine designs, overbuilt if anything...
I'm laughing ass off at the governments description of the m14 as "light weight".....light weight compared to what a ma' duece....a vietnam era m60 with a 200 rounds of belted ammo slung over your forearm?.....
It's not the best rifle, and could have been made better, but it's by no means the worst. The G3 is an ergonomic nightmare (and I'm an AK guy) and the L85...well, exists... I'd take basically anything over those 2
I'm a Boomer. When I was an adolescent, many boys had the Red Rider BB gun, or something similar. Myself, I had a BB gun that was styled like the M1. I think it was made by Crosman. Real wood stock. Was NOT a CO2-powered version. You cocked the mechanism by pushing the barrel towards the receiver (once), then pulling the barrel back out fully. The BB magazine (which I always assumed was a tube) was loaded via a hole in the top of the stock, ahead of the receiver. The detachable (fake) magazine was designed to hold your spare BBs. I don't recall how many BBs the tube magazine held... maybe around 15-20(?)...but I recall that the fake magazine held about 150! On our farm, there wasn't a bird or mouse that was safe from me. Haha Somehow that little gun survived long enough to be handed down to my kids. Unfortunately, it didn't survive passed them. Haha
It needs to be slightly trimmed down, in my opinion. A little bit more compacted. Again, this is my opinion. Otherwise, it's an excellent rifle! For any use! Hunting, self-defense, combat, etc. All purpose!
It had a bad reputation partly due to huge quality control issues, really bad ammo at the time, and overall it was heavy and the ammo was heavy compared to the M16 and .223
To all the haters out there 1911 should only come in 45 ACP If you don’t like that, I don’t really care
Hola y saludos como puedo adquirir un juguete de estás para uso en el campo

Nice chicken wing
To chicken wing or not is dependent on if your rifle has a pistol grip or not. The firing arm is a stability tool.
Best rifle I've ever fired in the US Army. 25 years. I carried one in the 3rd US Infantry. If it's well zeroed, if you aimed at something you hit it.
Better check out the Full Review 👍🏻
