Fully Torqued Matt Kenseth Fan at Michigan International Speedway MIS 400 Sprint Cup Series Nascar
There does not appear to be a torque spec that can define how fully torqued this guy was for Matt Kenseth in the final handful of laps at the MIS 400 Spring Cup series race on August 16, 2015.

Test cut using a Jaguar II 24" Vinyl Cutter I picked up for cheap. Its a Vinyl Express label so Its technically called a Panther 24 but was simply a re-naming from SignWharehouse. In my quest to unlock the achievement "Only for the Dedicated" I had to get 20 or so Kills using the AT mines. This is a shortcut you can use instead of waiting for tanks to actually drive over the mines you layed down on the ground.
