Its a smart idea but you cannot change the car in case of you want to go for bigger car. Todays evolving technologies with new features in auto sector calls for frequent change of cars in 5 year span of time

He can put some barrier on front tyres to stop car from rolling so that all the load don't come on handbrake because he has put car on slide and handbrake will in use for allt he time many car brake failed de to long use as they used to park on slide with handbrake no brick on tyres that's why many people use bricks even after using brake I have heard stories that all brakes failed while driving because mechanism is connected of brakes I may be wrong but he can use something because he is so good engineer
