as usual the best teaching on hatch there is.thankyou Lindee.
You're very welcome!
I'm new to Hatch3 and I was trying to figure out how to deactivate the knife tool. Thank you so much for the video.
Hi there. I'm not quite sure what you mean by deactivating the tool. Please submit a ticket to support at help.hatchembroidery.com/portal/en/newticket I also suggest joining our large Facebook group where thousands of great Hatchers help one another. facebook.com/groups/hatchusergroup/
@@HatchEmbroidery I started using the knife tool and didn't know how to stop it. I never thought to use the Esc key. Such a simple solution, I just didn't think of trying it.
Yes, I had a problem which turned out to be down to me but Hatch got back to me right away anyway. 10 out of 10 for customer service ❤️
Janine. Thanks for the wonderful feedback. Our team will be so happy to hear this. Have fun!
@@HatchEmbroidery they are very welcome, credit where it's due as they say and thank you I will :)
Does it only transfer or connect designs from the Hatch embroidery software? It sound like "The Magic Box" from years ago.
it transfers designs from Hatch straight to your machine
Is it possible to install hatch on my D drive? I have a very small SSD for my C drive and there isn't enough space, but my D drive has plenty of space.
check the FAQ's on the help page to see if this can help or submit a support ticket
Hi am trying to install but tmit insisted that my pc must be at least windows 10 upwards 😩 And it needs internet connection..qhy is it so???
if you are experiencing technical difficulties you can submit a support ticket for help
its cool that you used the most complicated design for this lol
how do u cut background pls on this
You can use a tool like remove.bg which is free. It removes the background from images.
can i down load on multi computers? or do i have to specify to each
Hi for information on use on multiple computers you can read out FAQ help.hatchembroidery.com/portal/en/kb/articles/using-hatch-embroidery-3-on-multiple-computers-at-different-times
I have this software and I love it
we are so happy you love it!
What the foam call? Where do I buy it?
Most of the suppliers of stabilizers will have something suitable for 3D embroidery
So how do we get it?
If you have Hatch 3 you can check for upgrades and follow the instructions on how to get Hatch 3.1
Nicr❤
Thanks!
Hallo I have Hatch 3. The corel draw is this separate purchase

@@HatchEmbroidery Hi what is GEM?
Thanks Lindee!

My hatch 3 program just gives me brother not brother invoice 750 witch is my machine. The hoop sizes they give me is all wrong to. Where do I go to fix this?
If you lodge a support ticket one of our Hatch Team will be able to help
You guys need to make an update to make the ambient quilting inside of an object and reshape
Is this Just a ad for hatch
We are showing you how Hatch is relevant to all kinds of applications
Is hatch easy to use and digitizes
Yes and it comes with the Hatch Academy which takes you through all you need to succeed at digitzing
Can we set the thread colors according to the placement in the machine so the machine automatically detects the color to be used and to avoid wrong thread color
What about the origin point in the center of the square. How do you move that so its at the bottom or top edge? I find it easier to line up stuff when I can move the center origin point.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! HOW ON EARTH DO YOU CHANGE THE UNIT OF MEASUREMENTS FOR THE RULER!?
To the left of the background tool there is a dropdown menu. Select your preferred unit measurement from there.
Hallo please tell me I did a design a couple of years back. Size 26cm wide it is a bird and the wings and feathers is in satin stitch. Now the client want it 45cm wide and I did make it 45cm and the outlines was way off. What must i do? thank you
Try selecting all of the design to evenly bring everything up to size
@@HatchEmbroidery Hallo I did resize as per video but when it stitch out the outlines was way off. .what i did is group all. Just trace in the inside of design and made my own underlay, 4mm. Then around that on the outside a tack down stitch to hold the shirt in place (XXXL shirt) then I glue the cut a way with adhesive on. I also change all satin to fill stitch. And due to the outlines not stitching correctly I made outlines after each object. Only the all worked 100% 5H30 hours of emb per shirt.
Great tutorial! Thank you!
You're very welcome!
Can this be done in Hatch 2.0 ?
Oh
your tutorials are awesome. very clear, simple and easy to digest. I expect you will touch all the features of Hatch. I want a detailed explanation of using connectors.
Thank you, but i cant find the stitch sitting, any tips?
Very informative in use but no explanations to aid understanding. Shame
I like the instructions but do you have the stitching after this butterfly?
Does Hatch have the MetroEMB thread list?
Hello When you get free design from hatch is there any special you have to do to it ? I no you have to load the file for your machine. Now what do i do ?
Once you have the FREE design then make sure you get the one that file format matches your machine. Once you have that you can load it into your machine and stitch out
For the love of god! HOW DO YOU CHANGE MM TO INCHES!? WHY CAN'T I JUST RIGHT CLICK THE RULER AND TOGGLE THAT OPTION. JEEEESSSSUUUUSSS!!!
to the left of the background tool there is a drop down menu to toggle between inches and mm/cm
Is there Cross stictch in hatch embroidery?
yes there is, it is in one of the add on GEM packs
Hello, I really enjoy all your utube tutorials, as a beginner I find it is so informative. I have a Digitizer EX Ver 5.0 and would like to know what is the difference between Hatch and the one I have.
Thanks
Thanks!
I tried this, but It didn’t cover the whole design in green?
Why can't I just right click ruler and go from mm to inches is beyond me. All creative softwares should just do whatever adobe is doing.
Hello, is it possible to save your colour chart after you make it. Also how do you have it so when you launch cross stich it loads the colours that you have setup in Hatch. Thanks
Just wondering how do you change the colour swatch palette so its only the colours you have? I have 28. Also can I save different colour swatch palettes. I want to have palettes for each of my machines. So when I design I know which machine I'll be using. I have colour palettes I only use for sports jerseys, another for kids wear etc. So I was looking for a way to save my custom colour palettes. Thanks :)
SOS! I want to embroider a logo onto a hoodie, what are the best file types to use for import and digitize on Hatch? Are there any specific ways in which the Artwork needs to be created and saved for optimum quality to allow the best stitch out when digitizing? HELP! :/
I am trying to get my tool bar as it was originally across the top when if first opened HATCH. I can access the tools from a docker on the top of the screen but prefer to have them open on the tool bar and readily available.
I am just starting embroidery, your videos are very helpful.
Glad you like them!
What is the point of moving those? I’m trying to “center out” a shape in tatami for a hat, and moving these don’t make a difference in how it stitches. I’ve changed angles too. It cotinutes to want to stitch from out to in which will be disastrous on a hat. I’m using hatch 3
That is exactly the problem I'm having. Did you ever find the answer
my hath 3 screen looks nothing like this screen. I have no mahcine selections, no optiions, no place to change mm to US
