Watched the Dis for a long time back when Dustin was on. Watched weekly religiously. After Dustin left I had an uneasy feeling and wondered why. The live show over the years slowly turned into the Pete show. I watched less and less every year. Very sad news all around. This show played a part of why I now live in Florida and went after some dreams. I searched for Dustin a few times over the years looking to see what your up to. Great to see your face and that your doing well!

You were really charming on the 07/28/2015 episode of the DIS. You had a lot going for you, good looks, past job at Disney, and a job on camera at the DIS. Now you're bitter toward your former employer, playing the victim in a 'kiss and tell' video, looking for some sort of payout, all the while sitting in your kitchen with a bad camera. You have squandered all the opportunities that were afforded to you. My advice is to just go away. Maybe you can get a job as a parking lot attendant at the Animal Kingdom in one of those lookout booths.

I always got the undertones of shit like this was happening but assumed if it was Pete would be gone a long time ago. If I could see it from just watching the videos John and Kevin had to know.

So he wasn’t just an alcoholic but also a predator😡😡 I knew that he wasn’t a good person the way he treated his employees and I also noticed how he always had his arm around Sean in their dining reviews and others, but Sean never touched him. I always thought something was off when you left. The show wasnt the same after that...and i had no illusions that pete was a good guy. You could tell that everyone tip toed around him during podcasts, and the episodes when he wasnt there things seemed way less tense. Also his bitchy tirades at the viewers where he would rant like we were all a bunch of idiots got to be too much, so i stopped watching a few years ago. I can o ly imagine dealing with that irl...But it is nice to see you again , wish it was under better circumstances tho.

I was so sad and confused and felt like it was a revolving door since then I haven’t watched in about three years because it became a wine fest and I don’t agree with everything doesn’t he does but I still love Disney, so I can only hear criticized all the time. But I just wanted to thank you for speaking out. Thank you for trying to change the culture of that company. I hope we hear from you again and this isn’t a one off.

In terms of responses from the people who still work there (or lack thereof) Ryno's video might be a very disorganized stream of emotion. But it is more honest than anything I have seen thus far: Did they know Pete deliberately hired young men he was attracted to in order to "date" them? Yes. Did at least some of them find that behavior creepy? Yes but they didn't think it was any of their business. Did they know about the sexual abuse? No. Should they have asked more questions? Yes. Did Pete ever behave that way towards Ryno himself? No because he sees Ryno as a rival rather than a target. He actually answered a lot of questions. It is just presented in a way that requires a lot of unpacking.

I hope everyone is getting their shit together and take the guy to court. Nothing will be legitimized unless you tell the authorities. He needs to be held accountable.

I was hoping for more of a recap, because there is a lot to sort through.

Dustin and Shaun, as a viewer, we could see that something was going on with Pete. Viewers saw and heard how he treated people on air. We knew it was worse off air. I always knew Pete was an arrogant SOB, and one day, i think before COVID, I was done with him and the DIS. I cannot believe, that John, Kevin, and Corey did not know how he treated people.. they should have stood up for people. It has to be hard for them to sleep right now.

Pete and this scandal is pretty standard fare for that community. Dad and Son playtime is a normal part of their culture. Now they're encouraging Americans to legalize that kink. Be proud! 🌈
