When i put all of the gears in they only spin half a rotation and everything looks fine

@@sanemann1238 well then something is wrong, because if you have all the gears, drum and forks in it sholud spin. Not in every drum rotation, but if its in gear or neutral it should spin

Hey bro. I just bought a 2004 off-road vehicle, the same model as yours. I’d like to know if you’ve encountered any issues with this vehicle, since it’s 20 years old. I’m quite concerned. If there are issues, are parts easy to find? Thank you very much!
@@rain4678 hi, this thing has been surprisingly reliable. Parts are easy to get if you know where to get them. My friend has had it for 3 years and no major issues. We have replaced the clutch slave, clutch and piston, but those are wear items. I think the bottom end had 350+ hours on it and piston about 170~ abt now. Biggest weak points on these is the starting system. The one way bearing for the starter tends to wear out and slip, but its replaceable. And its possible for the kick start to break off with half the engine, but I think its a 450/510 only issue

My crank bearings dont roll freely what should i do and what could be the problem
@@snowbard1339 start it up and they will settle and move freely after first start. Or you need a bearing tool that presses on the bearing
@@rudolfs450 i think i know what the problem was the sealing was to close to the bearing so you could barely move it but now it loves freely but what i dont know is How close shoulde the seal be to the bearing

@@snowbard1339 there is an oil hole above the bearing and it needs to be free, if you put the seal in too deep the bearings will sieze

Hello, We are changing a crankshaft for derbi d50b0 engine( senda xtreme) And one gear wheel is doesn’t come off, the first one on the bottom next to the clutch. Should we take off the clutch to take it out , because we think it’s not necessary to take if the clutch ?

@@ugwd4369 just hold it and tighten. Big nuts to 15nm and small bolts to 8nm
My Derbi from 2018 also has an unrestricted exhaust combined with 14 teeth front sprocket, M6 90 nozzle, BR10ES spark and unrestricted CDI. It tops 70/72 on a straight and only goes faster then that while driving downhill. Is this how it should be? Bike runs great tho

I have cut off the pipe in the exhaust, changed the main jet to 90 and changed the cdi to and unrestricted but something happens at 57 km/h. The brakes get activated somehow and don’t let me get past 57 km/h did I maybe buy the wrong cdi or something? Someone help me

I have an aprilia sx50 2020, I have derestricted the pipe plug (not the catalyst). It goes original speed but has changed the gearing a bit. Will it do the same as yours if I just get an unrestricted cdi?

Shame you can't get these with electric start.... My knee is terrible for kick start..

How is it possible that my goes only 58kmh? i have 2020 version, the exhaust pipe that comes from the cylinder is unrestricted and i have removed the piece from the carb, transmission is 13 tooth and 58 tooth, voca carbon valves and cdi changed
