Pacenti recommends compatible tyres. Sadly not all compatible tyres are made equally and in my 5 plus years we have been making hookless rims there is one clear winner when it comes to tyre compatibility and margin of safety that’s the schwalbe pro one. I have tested in tank and it really world a huge number of tyres in conjunction with our rims. Hookless rims will only grow in mass manufacture I believe Giant now have all hookless rims supplied on their bikes that come with carbon rims. The GP5000STR has a max rating of 73psi so this example pumped to 70psi was very close to that max with little to no margin for error in the pump gauge or consideration for the effects on pressure of heat. My advice is hookless rims are safe and great to ride however do your homework and listen to those in the know regards tyres and look for a higher margins for error in Max psi

I’ve been using these rims for 3 years now and never had an issue. Put GP5000 tr on a set for a customer and they blew off the rim before he’d even ridden the bike with 68psi in them. Also, Zipp recently made a compatibility chart and GP5000 tr are one of only a couple of tyres to not make it. I’ve used Schwalbe Pro 1, Schwalbe Pro 1 TT, Vittoria Corsa Pro and Pirelli on the road on Pacenti Picco 46 with no issues. 3 types of Pirelli tyre for gravel, also never had a problem.

There is no control console for a cylon raider. They are a being within themselves. Hijacked raiders have been piloted from within by manipulating tendons and the nervous system. But no control console to speak of.

Because I have limited knowledge of bikes I can't do this project maybe you can Gears were meant to be put on a wheel for you to exercise your arms same as a leg arm Exerciser So when you move the wheel with your arms you start at a light weight and after a certain number of turns you increase the gears strength so your arms moves a heavier weight This is how people get muscles They lift small weights and then heavy weights The advantage of wheel with gears is you don't need the weights and can put on muscles anywhere Let me know if you understand Thanks for the video

With hookless, you will have great results as long as you check the manufactures recommendation for what tires and sizes are approved. Manufactures like Enve and Zipp have online calculators to determine the correct pressure. Most have a maximum pressure limit of 72 psi, there’s no reason to go anywhere near that pressure. Follow the guidelines for when to add additional Sealant. Typically the people that have issues with tubeless failed to follow one of those requirements/recommendations.

The bead on that tire is really shallow. I run Schwalbe Pro One TLE on ENVE rims, and I can’t imagine that happening with that combo. They aren’t easy to remove! The win with hookless is that if you lose pressure on a rough road, the wheel can withstand a beating, until you realize the problem and stop for repair. Is the problem hookless or Continental on hookless? I have yet to see a Schwalbe/ENVE hookless failure, but if others have links to such a failure, I’m interested in seeing it.

I would hazard the real problem is software and not hardware related! 'Hard' racing post deflation methinks. He now has one less life. 💀

Using not the recommended tyres, inflated to max pressure, lost pressure and still carried on racing at max speed.... is the main reason why we have safety issues. If you can race 100% safely at full speed with hooked rums with wrong tyres inflated to max pressure then its a fail for the equipment ... But I'm not so sure...

The idea that you spend over £1k on wheels and you can only use one specific tyre is absurd and is another example of modern bike tech getting worse. Also, a minor point but I really dislikes the AI "art" used in this video. I don't like to be negative but at least it's constructive

Dude almost died holy hell. I cannot believe that Paccenti is forcing their customers to buy ONE brand of tires. What if I'm somewhere else, and I slash my Schwalbe tire and the local bike shop doesn't carry the TL version? What then? I'm fucked? Why? What's the logic here? Hookless is ridiculous and the bike industry is immature to an insane degree

I also had a on one inbred + Cotic and was very happy with it but unfortunately buying a bike from planet x or another bike from UK is much too expensive now for me living in germany and Canyon is not sooo far away from me. My Favourite is the Grizl because of price and flexibility with Cockpit but the geometry is very long compared to my old cx bike and there are also other interesting candidates like Crux or a CFR 696 with "old geometry" for an old man...Cheers..

I've used rim and disc. I use disc brakes for part time and rim brakes for full time riding. Used bike would prefer disc brakes.

Nice idea with the graph but it's wildly flawed. The biggest variation would be in body positions, wheels and then somewhere the frame. Air resistance is exponential - you would maybe gain a couple MPH max going from £999 to £12500.
