My customer just bought one her in Kentucky a few weeks ago. I just ordered a manual for it and have to do some studying to see if I can get it dialed in. Needs work but hopefully it will work out for him. But question for anyone that would know. The place he bought it from said only use nitrogen at 160psi, would co2 work also? What model is it? Super T, Ultra T or Ultra C? The Super T didn’t run as high of pressure the Ultra machines. I personally run around 250 psi In my ultra c. I think 160 is on the low side. I’m catching hell with a old style that is bucket shaped. Mine is threaded and has no bolts. It was leaking around the 105 mm bottom pin shaft that spins the head and would hardly move the head about 20 degrees. I got it apart and found a seal . There is a spring loaded block inside that the fluid pushes back and forth. I put new springs and smoothed up the Polly seal on the bock because it had some wear. I got it back true and put back together. It didn’t leak or move . So yesterday I pulled it back down went over everything I had done. Put back together and nothing. I cracked the lines thinking it was air locked. I ran the machine around and swung it with the ground while working the lever and still nothing . 🎉

Spent the last month bringing a ultra T back to life. 91 feet of hydraulic hose and 28 connections this week. Many screenshots of your videos where so helpful in routing hoses . The rotation is only turning about 20 degrees in either direction and it is leaking out the bottom of the rotator. It only has 4 recessed Allen bolts in it. Henry @ Zambezee says it will be a bear to get apart but we will get it. I made about 6 cuts with it yesterday and the chain kept stopping. I only have 150 psi of air and I’m told I need 250-300 of c o 2 . Bar cylinder is repacked and has a new hose to the tank . Bar speed out is around 6 seconds. 404 chain. I saw a leak on the bottom of the chain drive motor after it sat awhile yesterday . Thank you for all your Bell videos they are so helpful. I ran one mid - late 90s but never worked on it 😂 .
