doing well mark look forward to your next fight mate put it on Johnstone keep the body and shoulders healthy , i am 40 i had horrible rotator cuffs injures at 19 to many push ups and standing barbell presses sets of 10 x 10 every day big mistake i couldn't lift me arm to turn the tv your clued up iam shaw you will be fit and ok good luck really good videos great insight to the pro life
