The BMW X5 e53 is brilliant off-road in all conditions. I drive up mountains and rough ground conditions and it's never been a problem, even in snow. It's also very smooth on tarmac and so comfortable for very long journeys across countries. I love it.

A finger nails trimmer will be handy in this situation!

I do same like what you show but doest work with hand. With start motor no any problem.

Hi, I own a BMW x5 2005 e53 4.8is Automatic, 99k miles, ive had it since January 2005, since owning it, I've converted it to run on LPG, no loss of power or performance, it runs so much better than petrol, I've installed a new xtrons head unit, an id4motion instrument cluster, new ignition coils, new battery, new rear lights, at the moment it's having a new timing chain, I've also fitted 4 new 20 inch tyres, front discs and brakes, I've lavished my money on this incredible V8, don't get me wrong, when i bought it, it was a very nice car, but now it's an exceptional car and it's only going to go up in value, the X5 e53 is a truly excellent car. Youve detailed the correct factory method for accessing the carburetor. The bolts you identified at first hold the reed block in place, that would mean thorough gasket face cleaning and a new gasket upon reassembly

I just got a used one like this. Haven’t put it on my dinghy yet. So I was surprised how quiet it was. I didn’t even realize it was idling. Also, I have an 8’ RIB. So it should push it well. It’s pushing your 12’ and you don’t look like your a waif, so I think it will push mine well.

great video :) thank you. I have a YSE8 that needs a bit of attention and was wondering if you would know if 1. I can use a normal bicycle chain to replace the missing chain to hand crank the engine and 2. If I have a faulty alternator and starter, can I actually run the engine without alternator and starter if I hand crank it to start? Or does the engine use any electrical components for the fuel injector? thanks again for a great video :)
