Not hardly dude , just use a v block and put the shaft in it ,hold it down and put your indicator on the tool holder. Eliminates all the variables.

Total crap for audio. Can't watch. Audio is needed to listen to grinding process for hallmarks of chatter and edge engagement but this.... The shyte "music" overlay at distortion wrending volume, the background cacophony, and the operator thinking that talking over the process is necessary to teach. NO. this is pure supervisory failure. The supervisors that insisted the operator talk over the process are what kill this for it is patently obvious that they drove the rest of these atrocious production value choices. Use diagrams and subtitles BEFORE or AFTER to setup and explain details. This is a vitally important arcane tool crib skill set are these clowns are blowing it with the worst audio in history. Again, the audio of tool meeting stone are the ONLY thing we should be listening to. Not a single human voice should be heard as well ad the background chaos. Pull this atrocious thing down and do it over.

I suggest that if you want to sell tools to US customers, you do more professional videos. Use english in a quiet environment, get rid of subtitles that can't be easily read. You need some US production quality here. This is from someone who wants to buy.
