Why do you use a API fresh water kit which it states for fish tanks Is the API pond testing kit the same ?

Great choice Oase drum but even the compact M would have been sufficient for your set up & you would have saved quite of money.

Not that I realised it at the time , but it was the making of me. Still never understood why they put a cavalry man through it.

🤔I'm puzzled...With all due respect:~you're saying "Winter Feeding"...in the Title & yet not informing on it?🤪? I need info' on how much/little that I need to feed my 10x Goldfish🐠!! I'm a novice & still learning....🫤. I've discovered that I can feed them🥦& other cooked Veg( al dente?) ....but I have no idea of measurements for Winter feed! I have Fish Flakes, but i feel its not sufficient in Summer.(?) Please advise....anyone! Thanks...(But....🐝Kind!)

Pressure vessels should not be sold as a filter. They contain hardly any bio and act as a parasite hotel. In mid summer you’ll be cleaning that out every day. If you strip it down you’ll see all the crap at bottom of the filter. No offence intended but they are not filters.

NT labs needs two minutes wait time for Nitrite.

You are using the old NT labs kit. When I used it my ammonia readings were at zero too. On the new kit, traces show up. I did a comparison across six tests using the old and new kits: there were difference to all - particularly Ph.

Hi This is great for me! I’ve just built a polly tunnel for my new grow on for my own fry. This is very close to what I’m thinking of - iar source heated, two tanks connected for different size fish, I’ve got an auto kit on a second hand nexus 320 and a Filtreau RDF. It’s the pump I’m concerned about?? What pump do you have on your set up? Thanks Bob the builder. 🙏👍 I’ll be using all old fittings with rubber boots.
