@@JerroldEllo actually nag kulay green yung ilaw tas yung tunog ng unlock pero yung handle na momove pero yung pinaka lock na nag reretrak

Yes , you just need to buy a Bluetooth gateway so that you need not go to your property just to control the lock . You can do it anywhere as long as there’s an internet connection

@@JerroldEllo thank you. can the tenant reset the password themselves or they can't with using this type of doorlock? coz it's important they dont have control of changing the password.

@@VriMoto they can’t reset the password but they can reset the lock back to factory settings if they want to since the reset button can be accessed from the inside panel

Try mo muna connect using access point mode . Baka may problem sa modem / router . It happened to my smart plug before so I turned off my 5ghz . If you have a mobile hotspot or kahit data sa other phone try mo na rin

I don’t like the EWeLink also but unfortunately, I can’t connect those devices to smart life . I hope there’s a way to do it

If connected ang door sa wifi Hindi mag fail ang code, try pressing 9# if mag send ng unlock request just to verify na connected

You need the app to manage the lock . You can use a Bluetooth gateway so that it would be easier to manage the 3 units individually . Makikita mo kasi ang 3 units in one Interface , click mo lang one by one .

Did you try to hard reset ?

If enabled ang autolock, nag lolock pag tinaas ang handle . If you press 5# after opening the autolock will be disabled

Ah ok po so mas ok pala na disabled ang autolock tas ilock nalang para kahit itaas ang lever di mabubukasan? Tama po ba?

If you’re concerned with unauthorized entry better enable the autolock . Otherwise , disable mo nalang to save on battery

Almost the same features pero kelangan pa ng snail home ang hub or gateway to connect to your wifi network

Check the wire that connects the battery to the door lock , it’s probably loose

@@JerroldEllomine does the same thing. i’ve changed the batteries and checked the wire and it’s connected. it still won’t work. i’ve tried charging it on my cord and it does nothing

The reset button is located in the inside door panel , anyone can reset it

You can connect your lock directly to your wifi network if it’s WiFi ready. If it’s Bluetooth only , you need to be near your lock in order to unlock it or set passcode . You can still use the Bluetooth only device remotely if you buy a separate hub that can connect to your home network.

If it’s Bluetooth only you have to be within range or close to the door

I didn’t install a Tuya doorbell but I think you can check that in the scene tab in your Tuya or smart life app. Check the automation coz ur doorbell might be connected by default .

My smartlock is the same as the one on your video sir, there is a feature that you can enable the doorbell but I cannot find it in the manual.

The fingerprint panel is very sensitive . It won’t even recognize your fingerprint when you hand wash your clothes and use strong detergent. Hindi mag unlock if hindi ma recognize ang fingerprint. If newly installed yan , better contact the seller para palitan

If you don’t have admin access anymore and you want to factory reset, open the battery compartment and press the small button for 6 seconds
