The road is difficult and lonely, but this video helps me light that fire under my ass to keep going. haha!
No movie in my lifetime had more of an affect on me than this movie. I was a 9 year old kid, but I remember everything about this movie like yesterday. The Inspiration it gave you is like no other movie I have ever watched since then. It is a movie about never giving up. Just keep going. Stick around. Go the distance. And the simple law of averages says that something good eventually HAS TO HAPPEN when you are at Rock Bottom when you don't give up.
The real theme of Rocky isnt comeback wins, its always been about making it to the end. "Going in one more round when you don't think you can, is what makes a difference in your life."

Very motivating, especially when Rocky brings Apollo to the canvas and the sound changes to "Going The Distance". Wonderfull. I will train today!
I always watch round 14 from ROCKY before I workout it helps me push threw and if i get tired during my workout I watch it again it makes you want to go on
It is life you get knocked down get back up keep going some don't get back up but the ones who want it keep coming forward til the final bell that's life.
To me, Adrian coming out of the tunnel is what makes the "going the distance" scene particularly special: she was afraid to watch the fight to begin with, but hears so much noise from the lockeroom she has to see what's going on. Then when she comes out and sees Rocky crawling across the ring, I think she feels bad seeing him that way for a second and looks away, but then forces herself to look again at what Rocky staked so much on and his commitment to go the distance - and in that moment you can see the look of respect and admiration she has for him.

I’m 39 years young, a year ago I a lot like rocky in the first movie. I wasn’t in particularly good shape, I was really pushing for anything. I was very much going through the motions. Then one day the light clicked in my mind. I’m not getting any younger and it only gets harder as you get older. My dad whom I lost in 2019 was real big in the physical fitness thing. In fact before he got sick and pass I thought he would outlive everyone. Due to this and a combination of other factors, I said to myself “self, let’s make my 40’s and beyond the healthiest years of your life.” While it has not been an easy road, I am happy to say that after a year of diligence I have lost over 40 pounds, am now able to run an 8 and a half minute mile, and participated in my first 5 mile race. It has also inspired me to discover my path in life and promoted me to begin studying to become a personal trainer.

Cómo varón conciente y centrado, puedo comentar y reafirmar, que Rocky no solo hizo la hazaña de aguantar de pie y darle una fiera y fenomenal batalla al Campeón Apolo Creed, no solo por demostrarse así mismo que no era otro vato más del vecindario tal y como se lo dijo a su esposa Adrián, sino por demostrarle a ella, su valía como hombre y que era merecedor de su amor, y que estaba dispuesto a luchar por ella y para ella, está no solo es una película de boxeo, es una película de reivindicación de demostración de amor verdadero, de cuando un hombre y una mujer que se aman en verdad el uno al otro, están dispuestos a hacer todo lo que esté a su alcance y le sea posible por salir avantes en la vida ya sea en las buenas y en las malas, eso es el verdadero amor señores
