    I get restless legs after walking or standing for 30 mins or more, and also some of the food make it worse, can have pain without even walking. The pain can be felt in left brain and my eyes started getting sore too. Its very hard living with responsibilities and you have this problem noone will believe it.

    Is this guy a paid shill? I owned a waterbed for years and loved it. I only got rid of it after a house cat wrecked it! I didn’t want to chance a replacement with her around. Years later, I’m retired and older. I have spent too much money and too many restless nights trying to find a comfortable mattress. This video popped up in my search for information on today’s soft sides waterbed mattresses. There’s absolutely nothing he said that dissuades me from deciding to go with a new waterbed. I only need to ensure that I have a strong enough bed frame. That bit about them being so costly to heat is absolutely hogwash! At most I noticed a $5 difference in my electrical bill!

    Ayurveda always recommend floor or hard surface to sleep. I am from India and since my teenage I always wanted the water bed without knowing about the things you said. I thank you for saving my money and water.

    I do sit too long on weekdays. On weekends, I enjoy building on the house or the shed and that's physically demanding. I will get bad cramps while sleeping after the physical exertion on weekends, but not weekdays. I get plenty of water since I'm prone to kidney stones. I think I need more stretching on weekdays to balance out the weekends. The bike riding sounds great, I will get one. And the shoes could be a factor. Thanks for the advice.

    I used to get these tremors in my eye lids and I learned years ago that they were relieved by Tonic Water. It's true!! I take a bottle or can of tonic water and I don't have the tremors for a year and a half! I'll have to get some more for this tremors in my legs and see if that helps. The bar of soap in the bed works too. I've been sleeping with a bar of soap for about t weeks. I'm wondering if there might be exercises or stretches that might help.

    Listen I owned a waterbed for years without incident I didn't really notice its power consumption but I was always warm and comfortable however the most important thing is the lovemaking you will have on this thing is insane me and my wife have been together for 25 years and still talk about the bed we had in our 20s if you use common sense and you're not lazy this bed will last you a good amount of time and treat you right

    My dad has this, and it's so bad it looks like he's having a seizure. His doctor put him on Ropinirole which did not help much. We finally discovered that TCH gummies do the trick. Yay for weed!

    how do you explain starting to wake up from surgery with the worst case of RLS I've ever had? If I don't have an opiate to take, there is no sleeping day or night. I have been up for 4 days and nights with it before and let me tell you, I am so glad I didn't have a gun. I hope they can find a cure for it soon so I don't have to rely on drugs. Mine started out in my left leg only for about 2 yrs.

    I have muscle spasms all the time when I feel it's coming on I take a tablespoon of Mustard (frenches)and it will go away the most 3 to 5 minutes. Just around the inside of your house until it stops

    I had RLS for decades, recently my GP prescribed Appese, or ropinirole 0.5 containing hydrochloride 0.5. Wow! The first night I took this tiny tablet I had NO problem with RLS. I have just finished a packet of 28 tablets and not one hint of RLS. It was like magic. It remains to be seen if this keeps up forever, but so far, really incredible.

      I take 3- 2mg ropinorole per night. First and only med I have been on for 20 years. I was told by my GP that you can increase the amount without harm.

    Nothing new or interesting. Pickle juice? Of course, you did not say in the video but it is mainly because of salt! So, for all your sufferers listening to this unhelpful video, get ready: you need extra magnesium, potassium and salt. Experiment with doses. For magnesium, buy bi-glycinate or simply glycinate (chelated) to avoid diarrhea.

    this shows that you know nothing about waterbeds. First, they put about the same pounds per square inch on the floor as a full size refrigerator. The power consumption of the heater is minimal, very. There is no "ordeal" to filling it. If you have a house there is always a faucet close by, you don't run a hose from the outside to the bed, that is stupid. Draining the bed is as simple as siphoning water from a bucket. I slept on a waterbed for 40+ years and my back always felt great in the morning getting up. If you have problems getting out of a regular bed you will have more trouble from a water bed. Then there is your myth of the heater getting wet.. they are a hermetically sealed unit. UL wouldn't let them sell them if there was a risk of shock. And you aren't going to puncture the mattress with a pen if you have a mattress pad and sheets on the bed, as you should. Even without those puncturing a waterbed is not an easy thing to do. The vinyl is very thick since it has to hold all that water and the weight of the people in the bed.

    I had to sleep on one of these as a kid in a guest bedroom and needless to say, it was horrible. Sleeping on plastic that doesn't breath at all makes you super sweaty, and the slightest move created wave after wave which would shake you awake. Even as a kid I thought adults were stupid for buying those things.

    Lots of great advice but the best thing I ever did was invest in a heated blanket. I noticed that when the weather was hot I rarely got cramps. Now with a heated blanket I can sleep on top of the bed without covers - this has been a game changer. I sometimes get cramp in my feet but this is because they are cold. The nightmare of thigh cramps have finally gone. Chair yoga morning & evening also helps.

    I have passed out a number of times from these cramps. Water, minerals salts, potassium and magnesium nightly. At 77, I have tried it all. Help from the medical group is non existent. Barbara O Neil videos were helpful with essential minerals.
