Thank you for this. My 2015 JK Sahara without auto climate control only has full cold or full heat. All other positions on the middle knob make no response to the blend actuator. Only when turned fully cold or fully hot will the blend actuator move. Have replaced the blend actuator with a genuine Mopar and it made no difference. I'm assuming the HVAC module will be the next step, but it's pricey and I was hoping someone with a similar issue could tell what fixed theirs.

Changed the module on my 2014 and the light still flashes, fan doesn't come on and i can hear the blend door moving around until the fan comes on. No change with the new module. Any ideas? Thanks!

I watch this video hoping to see actual removal of everything needed to get fridge out of the cabinet, such as wires, screws bolts etc, and gas and water lines. Was hoping to see how to deal with the gas line when done. Also would have liked to see exact locations of screws to remove the window valance. Unfortunately, as you noted, not much, if any, of these details made it to the video. To me, this is these things are the meat of this job. Also would have liked to see how you took it out the window without doing any damage to the coach.

GREAT JOB on the repair!! Just dropped $2k on JKU a/c. Evaporator core had a hole in it. Went ahead and replaced fan motor and heater core🫣

But as long as the floor is flat does it even matter 0 or 20 degrees? Your just measuring the difference between the two the jeep could be on a slight hill wouldn't matter

I gotta say you did a fantastic job. I use RobinAir A/C machines all the time because they are so simple to use, when it comes to using manual gauges and making sure to purge the hoses free of air in order to only get refrigerant into the system, that is not always easy and then to get multiple cans into the system along with oil or dye injection. Joe Blow could easily put refrigerant on the high side thus causing damage to the compressor too if they don't know better. The Amazon crimp tool is a huge lifesaver for sure. I have tackled several rv dashboard ac repairs for others, now to make time for our own rv. Thanks for making these videos. They are great to watch.

I need to add Freon to mine every year...then she puts out cold air for...well, a year! I am not going to try and chase down where the leak is as It is 45' of potential.

My 1999 RV with the 5.9 Cummins had the exact same break, never got around to fixing it before I purchased a newer RV… the 2003 had a break on the front condenser (which was impossible to find a replacement) After some silver solder brazing able seal up the leak. I’m glad to see people working on they own stuff.

My dash air is not working either. The dash vents aren’t blowing but does seem kind of cold from the floor vents. So I’m thinking my blower is clogged My front roof unit does not blow cold either. So driving my 2000 intrigue has been hell… Hoping to fix both of them before next summer. Other than this, my hwh travel light is not working. Seems it’s supposed to auto level and go into travel mode when you release the parking brake but my hwh system seems to think the parking brake is always on. I have to manually level it and adjust ride height by eye before I drive it. Aside from these problems, I love my RV and it’s been great driving. Need some new front tires but otherwise pretty damn fun to drive around

Crazy helpful video. Like you, I'm constantly trying to expand my knowledge. Now i know how to go about putting new ends on A/C lines. Did you oil those o-rings before you put them on? Don't know if those require it. I have what seems like a thousand o-rings on my truck and every single one of them needs to be oiled before installation.

Bummer! I thought for sure it was gonna work and be a simple fix. At least now you know it’s need a compressor.
