Based off of many pre-trip CZcams comments suggesting I travel through Morenci Arizona, I decided to plan my route accordingly. The ride certainly didn’t disappoint! Once I got to Clifton, the red rock and rich history surrounding the area took my breath away. I couldn’t wait to see what was around the next bend! To those of you who suggested Morenci to me- thank you! I would have never heard o...

I was expecting beautiful views, but not like this! Weaving through Gila National Forest was nothing short of incredible- the winding road, the vistas around every corner and . . . perhaps the best of all. . . The solitude. I passed four vehicles in the forest! My kickstand spring shot into orbit right at Emory Pass (but thankfully returned). Thanks for tuning into this chapter! You can follow ...

Great video, and a pleasure to watch! Thank you! Really get a sense of your journey! Preparing for a solo motorcycle journey is exiting, doing it is great, however it goes, and the memories of every day always stays with you! I'm much older now, but my motorcycle days and travel will always be part of me! 😊
😊 Great video
Thanks! 😊
Rodeway Inns are so ghetto...I hope you didn't take the bedbugs home with you...
Don't you know it's bad manners to take Manitobas mosquitos out of your food? It's protein from the land 😂 jk
Hahaha!
Hey Laura ! Thanks for the nice ride as usual it was awesome ! As always be safe!!
Thank you! You too!
Your a heck of a biker,,not many people would go through what u have on this journey, glad i found u on here
Thank you! ☺️
Oh no 😱 not the battery cover 😂
Whatever would I have done??? 😆

Thanks for sharing all your adventures. Nice to see a genuine person enjoying life. I ride solo also. In Texas
The amount of time I spend dreaming of riding around Texas again is profound. You’re so lucky! Many great solo adventures to you. 😃

Love the video - but any possibility of some comentary along the way?
Hmm… I’ll look into it!
Brilliant vid , the place looks vast scenery is stunning :)
It really is!
Every time you use a service station squeegee on you bike wind shield, followed by paper towel you will leave little scratches. Eventually your wind shield will become cloudy. There is lots of abrasive grit in that water.
I didn’t think of that… thank you for the heads up! 😅
Following along, again - lovin' the vibe!
Thank you!

I'm loving the video series Laura.
I’m glad you like it! Thank you. 😊
Hello Laura, Now, obviously, you really need a larger tank … do not you agree ?
Yes sir. 😅
I just read all the comments. Pleased to see everyone encouraging and telling Laura how much the videos are appreciated. I also like how many folks suggested use of ROK straps and concern for Laura's safety.
i bet it was peaceful on that dock in the morning! you should try out some rok-straps...you'll prolly like them better than bungee's i'll tell ya, the way your loaded down, no one can ever say that your not a rider, and on a evo sporty....motors are damn near bullet proof, with all the other moto vloggers out there that HD "sponsors", they need to add you to their list....sláinte!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll check out rok straps. I always wonder if I’m going to knock out my two front teeth when I’m stretching out the bungees. 😅 Maybe I won’t have that fear with the rok ones….
One of the things I really like about this new series is that they tell a compelling story through just images and music (and through a bit of text here and there). That’s really impressive; I feel like it’s a challenge to make interesting videos just through footage of riding around and doing other things. And the other thing I really like is the peaceful, calming vibe created by the combo of the music, the imagery, and the pacing of the edits. But that’s been constant throughout your work. Cheers!
Thank you so much, it means a lot! 😃
U da coolest of the cool 🙂
Jeez, thanks! ☺️
Another great video; love it!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you. 😊
Wonderful Musics,Teraphy Ride.Thank You Very Much Lady 🌞
Thank you! I’m glad to hear you like the series. 😊
Safe travels. You were in my neighborhood.
Another great video of your journey. Can’t wait for the next one
Thanks so much! More to come.
👍
✌️
Hi Laura, what no talking, have you lost your voice. You need a bigger fuel tank on that bike. One of the reasons I have kept my Honda so long is I can get 280 miles to a full tank. Great scenery though, wish I was touring with you. Looking forward to next weeks episode already. Will probably watch this one a couple more times yet 😂 take care.
I get shy talking to a camera, haha! I’ll try and do better.

Another great vid, Thanks for sharing the ride. Now the question....lol What is the cook stove you're using?
It’s a cheap-o one by Coghan’s, but I’ll be honest with you, it took HOURS to boil a small pot of water. I eventually got used to lukewarm coffee, but oh man, it was disappointing. Not worth it!!
INSPIRING ALWAYS!!! THANKS,BE SAFE!!
Thank you! Will do!
How long was the leg that you felt like you needed 3 jugs of fuel?
The stretch between Fort Providence and Yellowknife has no stations (and at the time I was concerned fort Providence might not have fuel). So from Fort to Yellowknife, it’s 330kms, but I was preparing for over 500kms of no fuel.)
@@lauradanielle1991 Nice planning. I ride with too many people that just take fuel for granted. I ride a BMW R1200 RT WITH A 6.6 US gal tank. I always bring a siphon hose and have on a few occasions had to lend fuel to a buddy. Love the videos! Ride safe!
First time viewer. Actually saw part 2 just before this. Old man with 350 thousand Km riding. I don't know what a real Harley rider is, but I know what a real rider is, and you are one for sure. Very impressed with your determination. I wish you success and great enjoyment on your journey. Hopefully you are about a month ahead of your vids, because by Labor Day, it's time to head home from the NWT, eh?
Thank you so much, your comment made my day!
Looking forward to this and future videos Laura ! 💯
Yay! Thank you!
Duck Mountain area is truly spectacular. Thank you for making these videos and bringing us along on your journeys. Stay safe out there Laura. ❤
Glad you like them!
No Doubts! I made it from Toronto to LA and Toronto to Yukon/Alaska working through the plans in much the same way you are. Once, I thought cold and wet on a bicycle was miserable, then I was cold and wet on a motorcycle. Keep Dry - Keep Warm. Finally, watch the gas in Death Valley - always assume the next gas station might be closed.
Great show but I do miss your coments, all the best! 😊👍
Thanks for the visit. 😊
Enjoyed your post as always. But I have a request... please, please, please, buy yourself a set of Rok Straps. They are typically overpriced motorcycle gear but when you strap something on the bike, the stuff always stays there and never scratch or mark your bike. No more raincoats in the chain or gas cans coming loose. Rok Straps. BTW, your "memory scars".. I have a matching pair on the back of both hands so, I feel your pain. I leave next Wednesday to ride from SW Indiana to Utah. Looking forward to it! Was hoping to hear your "883" music in this one.
I’ll look into the ROK straps, thank you for the suggestion! And have a great adventure- that sounds like a great ride. 😄
I'll buy you a set and ship them your way if you can get your address to me safely. And I'm in Denver this morning. 2 LONG days of riding behind me but the mountains start today!!! Finally.
Thanks for sharing another Adventure of yours Laura ! Cheers !
My pleasure!!

Welcome to Saskatchewan. Or as those from Manitoba say, “Welcome to Saskatchewan, and you’re welcome to it”.😂😂 Seriously, it is a much nicer province since they received electricity and running water in March of this year. Thanks for another wonderful video. Your channel is my favourite.
Your comment sure made me chuckle, thanks!!😊
Be real careful with gear that is not well secured. There is a youtuber who recently had an accident because a bag on the rear of his bike let go, got stuck in the wheel, and caused him to go down. He lost a leg. "Moto Giant" is his channel.
saw this come up and wanted to watch it tomorrow morning with my coffee but couldn't wait. The simple yet great videos you produce are so authentic and appreciated. Peace from a motorcyclist in Connecticut USA.
Thank you!!
I AM watching this while enjoying my morning coffee (I also just saw the video dropped)😂. Great way to start the day 👍 Awesome video!
Excellent videos. Just views of the countryside and those pesky little motorcycle troubles. Good work!
Many thanks!
Another great one Laura, hard to do a bad video in that beautiful country. Was that the tire pressure gauge you found on the road? :)
I have a few gauges floating around- I’m pretty sure this one is the road find!!
That’s how the Moto Giant CZcamsr crashed doing 80 mph and lost his leg Please be careful about getting your stuff caught in the belt or rear tire I travel on my motorcycle too
I follow his channel, I hope he’s able to make a speedy recovery. 😔
Hope it's not too late, - but you can zip-tie that LH side panel so it doesn't part ways with you. 👍🏼
Good call, I appreciate the tip!
