Those electric floats used to wake me up every Morning in suburban Surrey. Didn’t need an Alarm. And the milkman had his leather satchel and I used to marvel at how he could get the change for the weekly bill without even Looking, like Some sort of dairy wizard. “I want to be a priest again”.

I fucking despise that fact that ‘92 is becoming so distant, and Glastonbury has become something it once wasn’t. And that I’m Moaning about it. Where did the alternative scene go? Was it just monetised to death? Did the criminal Justice bill kill it? There’s no crusties around anymore stinking of patchouli/mud. But at least those days happened. But I would Love the kids of today to experience that freedom. To be able To just jump around like twats to music, safely because their fellow twat always reached down to lift them when they fell. To not worry about the phone In the pocket just the music on the stage and the people around you, in that moment. It was the norm, but never not special. 😊
