    awesome video, and amazing printer...well done ! - cant wait to see it in action, got a multi tool printer planned aswell... although its voron 2.4 based since i really love that from my (not yet extremely) speedy voron 2.4 Because you said video editing to do a timelapse was intense - i dont know what software you use but since i do some videos myself (dont check em out they aint the best yet) i can recommend CapCut as a free software - its very easy, fun and quick to make things faster, silence the recording sound to avoid that constant whistle, add text and simple mostly copy right free background music - hope that helps (from an ever more tiny youtube mate xD)

    • @davidwang_3d
      @davidwang_3d Před 6 měsíci

      Esun is actually one of the brands that can have much better flow than other brands with PETG. When you have layer adhesion issues, either you're printing too cold or cooling too much. I print PETG at 250C with 20% cooling on the 4028 fan.

    • @davidwang_3d
      @davidwang_3d Před 8 měsíci

      IDEX will not make it fast. IDEX gives you the option to print two filaments with quick tool changes. AWD will make your printer faster. If you want to save costs, start at using 48V and TMC5160 for your XY steppers, and it you are not happy with the performance, then you want to go AWD.
