This is what i should do if wanted to to weld thicker material with my 140amp 110v welder? How thick can i go with one pass? How thick can i go using your method?
I like your teachings. Very detailed.
Good man
Amazing video and instructions, thank you for this, you’re a great teacher! I haven’t had anyone explain something so easy to understand before and so thoroughly. Einstein quote: “If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.” Very much appreciated this video! Hope to learn more from you in the future! 🫡👏🏽
This video is super helpful. I wish you made more, like how to stack welds in a 4F position.
the video editing really helps. most vids talking about the technique, only talk about it
thanks. I hope you also do a 3f stacking. Waiting here👋
This is video is amazing. Thank you!!
Great vidoe!. Wedling H joints with a 6010 at the moment in school. This helps thnks.
how do you know how many stacks are required on the fillet weld? like how the total size of the final result?
exellent cant ask for a better video
Excellent welds and examples.
❤🎉🎉🎉😊 gracias
I have to do this in 3f and I can't cover the previous pass enough the whole way. I start to go off to the left or right.
I love welding, its an awesome skill and my hat off for fellow welders!
Can you upload more videos please 😊
Thanks for the advice
Thank you SO much!!! This video transformed me into a PRO in one day! If you put in the work, you will get there
So glad my video helped you out so much! I’ll be putting more up soon.
Thanks, finally I could find a video I was looking for
I'm currently doing this in school using a 6010 rod. But they want us to do whips (back and forth motion) and circles.
That makes sense with it being a fast freeze rod. The technique shown for stacking the beads would still apply.
Please do 3F
Planning on doing 3F this week.
Very well put together thank you this is going to help me alot in my welding class thank you
Thank you! I’ll have more videos up soon to help with the other joints
Broooo you only have one video you should do more. I’m welding at a technical college and your video helped a lot. I showed the video to my classmates and it helped them as well. Please make🙏🏽🙏🏽
Glad it helped so much! I’ll have more coming soon.
Thank you so much👍👍
Do you adjust your amperage as you build beads or does it stay the same throughout the entire process
Great question, amperage should stay the same throughout, I have seen some instructors recommend going hotter on the last (6) weld however it’s more of a preference, I know when I am running 1/8 7018 I stay at 119 for all passes, other guy I know will run 110 then on the very last weld bump it to 118 and his come out just the same as mine
Either let it cool down between passes or cut the amperage down a little each pass for the last couple. Helps a lot.
Seen most of if not all CZcams 2F videos. This is a very well made video that meticulously explains the process. The visual aid highlights and rod angles are perfection.
Thank you! I’m glad you liked it.
Same position, but your vertical plate had a radius. Not sure how take stack without slag in trapement
How do you get a 3/32 to last for an entire pass? Mine always burn 2-4 per pass and if I try to speed up, it underfills
Amperage, if you are running the same speed as in the video consistently you should have the rod to the stinger at the end, it’s definitely speed and amperage, you may be running a little too hot, and by underfills do you mean undercut or cold lap?
Thank you for this video! Very helpful. Please post more videos. Blessings
Happy to hear it helped you. I’ll have more coming soon.
❤
Great video! Will you be making anymore?
Thank you! I have a video on 3F 7018 coming soon.
What happened you didn’t post more videos?
They should show this to people in welding school because you move from 7018 overhead on 3/4 to fillet welds on metal half that thickness. I picked up on it pretty quick but some but just get lost in it.
Can you do one for mig pulse? Im confused on the angles with that process. The top bead is hard for me undercut is an issue
Amazing video!
man this helped me alot i've had problems stacking beads now i know its the way i hold the angle
💗💗Brother I saw your video from Bangladesh. I enjoyed watching your video. Thanks brother. I wish you a healthy life to God.💓💓
