I used to punch walls when I was at school I think it annoyed the teachers I hope I didn't spill any tea or anything. For sure I had Schizophrenia just I was boxing at the time all I wanted to do was train for my fights. It was a good way to just focus on something else and boxing is easy because it is just a different brainwave.

Thankfully I dont have schizophrenia but my best friend does snd my mother was severely bi polar/manic depressive with bouts of psychosis and I am so so sorry, beyond any words I can express, for anyone living with this horrible disease. I wish you peace and contentment with all my heart. Just know that there are people in the world that love you and want you to be happy. Remember that you are worthy of love, you deserve to be happy. Find something everyday to be thankful for, even if its just comparing two bad things, be thankful for the less bad option. Practice gratitude everyday. Be as positive as you can. Train your brain to be happy. I'm routing for you. Be strong 🙏

Shorter breathing is an increment of the voices

Did you ever try to just listen to the voices and not talk back? You should take advantage over this and just breath apply your whole entire focus on this, allow your diaphragm to reach as low as comfortably possible and let it out dont get distracted by anything and just keep going this activity empties your mind well you'll notice am empty mind and breath you wouldn't want to talk and you'd be calm like it actually helps the comfort around being a strong silent type is good its like the less i breath in my sleep the more caleries id see things shorter breathes bring more voices

I used to shout into Fields and I'd get more voices when I held the tone trust me ask my neighbours they know who I am they'd probably understand it as a possibility on me having Schizophrenia I just hide it for work, I can't do the job anymore though i had a seizure expected another smoked weed cause i knew id be in the worst place.

This releases adrenaline which can lead to voices watch Olympic Sprinters and Swimmers people who hold their breath will get it more than people who do actual meditation or yoga without holding there breath just it's about the Rythm more than any meditation in then out I'm not psychiatrist either I'm just good at noticing things.

You know if you just didn't do anything anyone told you to your more likely to not to do anything the voices tell you I just laugh at mine, whenever i don't want to.

Trying to change your perspective on the voices helps suppress them, "o your worthless" means your Rich because nobody likes expensive things look at what people did when Freddo the frog raised its price from 5p to 25p haha it's better to be worth less your less likely to be picked for stuff trust me it's better to relax because you haven't been picked.

I hid my Schizophrenia to join the Army, I'm British, English, i got in and through the time nothing caused it more than adrenaline Schizophrenia is far more common than you think, simply holding your breath can trigger voices, also Rats are very clever i believe your consciousness is telling you something the fact you can talk to a hallucination of a rat means your smarter than Rats.

Your strong, your coping mechanisms are fully functional, may i ask you do you think of something and then get obstruction to the airways like does your diaphragm fully reach your stomach it natrually compresses your organs as you breathe just for self conscious reasons you don't pull your diaphragm all the way down as in take a full breath? I do this is usually when the voices talk for me anyways its a coping mechanism not an illness its not contagious id suggest facing your fears i still need to its the only way to stop the voices, i have issues with my parents they are unnecessary.

hey man, I just wanted to say, I went to the same hospital in UCLA at the same age and reason, when my doctor (Dr de antonio) said I had to go to which onto clozapine. it was a very hard time back then, but my life is really improving. best of luck man

@Schizophrenic is there another girl there? i hear her a few times but clearly around 9:46. when ur saying u thought the pills were maggots i hear talking too but more like a deep guys voice possibly talking to the young girl voice plus whats going on on the left of u with the light, its like someones walking back and forth in front of a window off screen. i feel like ur scared and having trouble ignoring the sounds thru this recording and i gotta say it made the butterflies in my stomach start fluttering up my throat and i had to yell no around 3 times and rocking in a ball by halfway thru cause it felt like any second i was going to see or hear something bad
