1976 MGB with 1963 Buick 215, all aluminum V8. 1986 GM 700R4 automatic transmission. 2 people in the car. Would be a little quicker with only one.
Retro-Mod 1959 Harley Duo Glide. The Switchback Harley Davidson should have made.

This is the same 2008 Street Bob in my other videos. This will be it's final form (probably).
Dyna Duo-Glide dual exhaust
zhlédnutí 4,7KPřed 12 lety
2008 Street Bob on it's way back to 1960. Just testing out the $49 KC International mufflers. As far as I know, this is the only Dyna with a muffler on each side.

Show us more of this car!!! I’m in love!!!
Is this bike still around?
Absolutely Beautiful ! It's perfect !
I have a similar bike 85 fxe swingarm frame with the s and s panhead engine, I think the only original parts are the frame and 4spd, strong motor and I love the 4spd
Pretty nice for a Cross Dresser(switch back lol)
I need to get that seat
Is this bike for sale? Its been a couple years and I've looked high and low for something like this bike or the red bike for sale ....
Actually sold it 2 years ago. It is somewhere in the Minneapolis area.
Automatic? What a tragedy.
Of course an American would put an automatic in a fucking MG. Like at least do a dct
@@picklepee2771I’m American and my 1977 MGB had a 4 speed.
Who cares? Has that v8 sound
thats a fake panhead. Totally fake bike. Just find a real one and restore it. The dam things are out there .
This was a styling exercise, not a restoration.
Check the price for one and maybe he wanted more modern tech with a vintage look

Freaking awesome !!! 🤘😁
Damn!! That's clean!
Beautiful work, I have also seen some of your posts on the HD forum. I really want to put a FL front end on a 07' super glide to make it look like 1958/59 Duo Glide. Was there any special fitting/cutting involved to get the front end to fit your street bob? Thanks, Tommy
This is some great work. Very nice indeed
Great job on the modification!
This looks like an EVO PAN with a 5 speed ?
96 CI Twin Cam, 6 speed
there's no way a twinkie will ever sound like a pan.
Nice bike, how did you hook up the horn?
The horn comes as two pieces with a short rubber hose to connect them. This wasn't going to work as they weren't aligned with each other. I used 1/2" copper tubing with some 45 degree elbows on each side and didn't solder the center section for future removal if necessary.
What kind of exhaust is this and what years and make of Dyna does it fit?
Thanks for the vid! looking to find quiet baffles for crossbacks but can't see them any place :( Advice?
The rear fender is from a 2009 and newer Road King. I had to weld two of them together to get the correct length. The exhaust is from a 2009 Electra Glide. Since a Dyna motor is tilted back vs the FLH motor tilted forward, the rear down tube had to be shortened and the front down tube had to be pie-cut to get the correct angle. The collector had to be stretched 3 inches because the Dyna/Softail engine/transmission is 3 inches longer than an FLH. I then built a bracket that supports the mufflers to the rear stock exhaust hanger and the rear engine isolator (engine mount). I added a polished aluminum tube connecting the mufflers behind the wheel as a stiffener. It all moves freely with the engine and has been trouble free for 4 years and a couple of cross country rides.
What kind of rear fender did you use ?
It is made from 2 Road King Fenders welded together.
Do you have a write up on how you did your exhaust??
The exhaust is from a 2009 FLHT. That is the only year with the correct O2 sensors for a 2008 Street Bob. The Dyna engine is tilted back where a FLHT engine is tilted forward so a little shortening of the rear down tube was required along with a re-angle of the front. The collector was stretched 3 inches because a Dyna engine is 3 inches longer than the touring engine. I made my own muffler bracket that attaches to the original exhaust bracket on the engine and to the rear engine isolator. The whole exhaust moves with the engine and has been rock solid for several years now.
awesome bike! nice job!
beautiful!, does the black one have victory highball wheels? looks like them.
what rear fender did you use?
That must be really loud
Sorry about not seeing the questions folks. Nightster - FXDF triple trees with the rear of the lower tree ground off to clear the down tubes. The stem was drilled to accept the fork lock. Neck bearings reused. 49mm for tubes with 2 inch lowering kit. FXD fork lowers. 16 x 3.00 standard FLH wheel. Rim powder coated black and relaced with new chrome spokes. Wide White Walls of course. FXD wheel spacers and brake rotor. Reused the front brake caliper. Bike in Minn. and may be for sale soon
need more info... i didn't see any of the questions answered.. any luck with putting a 16IN on a stock front? thank you
Old Style whit modern Technk i Like it!!!
Both look good. I currently have a 2008 1200N and I am looking to go with a 16 Inch Front.
Damn, how much for the entire upgrade on the Nightster? I would love to have this done on my 883N.
Both bikes use 2008 and newer spacers from the Street Bob. Front tire is 130 X 16, rear tire is 180 X 16 , both are Electra-Glide touring tires. HD Forums has much more on the Street Bob under the same name, AFMM3. Brakes lined right up!
They are both 2008. They both have been changed over to the Fat Bob triple trees. The Nightster had to have 49mm fork tubes added. 16 inch FLH front wheels for both. The Street Bob has a 2010 Roadking rear rim laced to the Dyna hub. The red one is supposed to imitated a 1960 Duo-Glide.
I have to know more about your fat front tire setup on that nightster!
WOW, that red one does not even look like a street bob. both very nice bikes. LOVE the fat tire
I put up a video running down the road. Check my other video
Not as loud as Short Shots, but definatley louder than SEII. Not obnoxious at all when cruising but have a nice deep bark when you get on the throttle. Very solid, high quality construction.
