You can't. The money from the Kickstarter is all spent and no rewards were shipped to backers. I think level up dice now holds the intellectual property. Guess we wait and see if they do anything with it.

Especially to backers who lost out on all their pledge money to get nothing.

Never fear... they will be sold eventually. Our production process has had quite a few hurdles to overcome over the last year or so, but we 100% are planning on doing a full retail release as soon as we wrap KS fulfillment!

I’m not the video creator, but I would highly recommend checking out Rybonator here on youtube as a good starting point for dice making. He also has a Discord you can join that has a knowledgable and friendly community. Facebook has a good group called Dice Making Discoveries (as of the time I am making this comment they’re currently revamping their page and aren’t accepting new members or making new posts for a couple more weeks or so, so you won’t see them pop up in Facebook search). When they reopen the page they will be a huge trove of information you can sift through.

Custom, no. We do offer all of the standard shapes as well as a number of variations like elongated D8 and D10s, crystal and shard D4s, truncated corner D6s, prismatic D8/D10s, and a few others. We’ll likely be adding in other options in the future too.

Not true ceramic, no. That requires firing at very high temperatures, and the molds can only stand 400F. You can mix ceramic powder with some resins through, and that might get you close.

@@kingsfell4859 I mean can you put slip in the mold and then let it dry some. The other question i have is Would you consider making a plaster mold?

Hmmm... I don’t see why you couldn’t do it that way. I know one of our testers was using them with concrete. I don’t currently plan on doing molds in plaster, but it could probably be done. Why don’t you DM me on Instagram (@kingsfelldice) and let’s talk 😁

Not much at all! I will hit any edges that have flashing with some 1500 grit sandpaper, do a bit more touchup with some 3000 grit, then move to polishing compound on a dremel buffing wheel.

Thanks! You're pretty close with your guess there... it was essentially transparent purple resin dye (So Strong from Smooth On), a little bit of blue/purple/green colorshift pigment by Didspade and pinch copper chameleon flakes (some supplier on AliExpress).

In case you forgot - The kickstarter is now up and fully funded. The first wave is sold out, but there's still plenty of space in the second wave, which is only a few months later (and given how much funding it ended up receiving, I suspect they'll bring on more people and you may end up getting it sooner than the listed date)
