You did a great job putting the TV swivel mount to the wall. I actually did the same thing in my bedroom and filmed it. I did have to call my husband to help me put the TV on the mount, and cut a hole in the wall for me to run the cables in the wall. 🤣

I am howling with laughter watching you hang the TV mount. You called yourself a handyman, and with a half turn or two, you would stop working and start talking; just like a true handyman. Twist the star part on the back of the ratchet and it will ratchet back (clicking sound) to start and allow you to turn without removing from the bolt. However, you did a great job! The water bills are a joke because the amount of water used along with sanitation is easy peasy, but then sewage costs more than the other two. And, whatever calculation they use is based on the amount of water used. I'm in TX and I run my air 24/7 because I'm thick and I don't like excess heat. PS: Utility bills are a hidden joy of homeownership. Lol! ❤🙏🏾💯

The thermostat will definitely help. You can keep it at higher temps when you are at work and lower it before going home so it starts cooling the house off. Don’t turn it completely off while at work cause it will work harder & take longer to cool the house off. Yes, sewage and trash fees are a rip off. I think they are charges for the actual company to maintain their facility. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not James’ bump & curl sweated out. 😅I live by myself as well; I use a LG portable dual inverter smart air conditioner in my bedroom every night during the summer. Room is freezing cold. I keep the central air on economy at night. Been doing it for almost 14 years so I think it saves me money. 😅hard to tell now. Okay so the chair has the same hydraulic lift as an adjustable bed. It’s nice!
