I don’t understand why there are short strips of mud between the sheet rock seams . Did you cover the wall between the screws? Why not just cover each screw individually ?

You missed telling one of the most important part, screw schedule. Beiginners need to know how many and how far apart for walls and ceiling.

This is great. Your'e a good teacher! I would add to make sure you dust off the sanding dust after you sand or the primer won't adhere. If you just spray primer on top of that, nothing after will stick.

why you guys don't use collated screw gun to hang the plasterboard. it is much faster and easier. or the country that you are living don't sell collated screw gun.

People always say "hang" drywall... does this mean drywalls should be supported by the studs as opposed to resting on the floor? Seems to me it's better to have the drywall weight at least partially sit on the wall to lighten the load of the studs...

Where did the clip go from around 8:04? Went from showing a dime size plaster covering the screw to full lines over multiple screws with no explination.

I've heard about adding soap. I have never added soap and i don't get those bdisappear. Plusubbles. Those bubbles are from the factory. I just add a little water and mix it and those bubbles disappear. Plus it's easier to apply with mud not so thick. Just don't make it so thin. You want thin creamy mud meat the final coats. You get that by adding more water than b4. Good tip is get an empty bucket and split your mud in half And only mix one bucket. It's good to keep a half bucket of the original mud just incase you add to much water you can just add more mud to your mix bucket. Remember can always add more water so less is more. Add a little bit at a time till you think it's ok.

I was always told that 3/8 drywall goes on the ceiling half inch on the walls

This video was EXTREMELY helpful! Best tips were the thickness of the mud and thinning it down for each layer, how to taper the joints, knocking down lips with your tool, and work hard to reduce work at the sanding step.

What I want to know is, what is the advantage of placing the dry wall length wise on top of each other as opposed to having a single piece go from ceiling to floor. I'm pretty sure there's a more appropriate way to phrase that, But I think you can figure out what I meant. Lol
