A friendly tip, stoppin on the side of the roads in Iceland, unless it's an emergency, is actually illegal :)
And although not illegal, we really hate it when people call our horses ponies... :P

Everyone knows what gear I use. Drone, DSLR, GoPro, iPhone. Simple stuff!

Indeed, but tourists were making dumb decisions and the owners were having to rescue tourists every day.

I will be there on coming Feb.. never drive in snow before..wondering is the hired cars fitted with tyres for snow ?.. And when i and my wife book this tour....she wasn't pregnant..Now she is ,haha (happy) but stress.. Just afraid some places we cant go due to slippery surface.. NICE video from u by the way ! :)
4x4s are ready for snow, anything else, drive slow and stay on the roads.

I'm from Iceland. During winter all cars including rental cars are equiped either with studded tires or hard shell tires so you're not just driving on regular summer tires :)

Hey Nini! I went in January, but I've been in May and August as well. If you've never driven in snow and ice and don't have a lot of time, I'd suggest signing up for a tour where the locals drive. Unless you love adventure. :D

wow,how did you manage to drive to the plane site itself?thought it was blocked..
They closed it a few months after we went. You used to be able to drive to it, but now it's fenced off and about a 45min walk each way.

This is mostly shot on iPhone. Otherwise I use Nikon cameras!

+Andy Feliciotti Thanks man. Trying to do more at least for travel. Ha! I don't own any Canon gear anymore. I shot everything on my iPhone except for the photos.

+Andy Feliciotti I used to shoot Canon, and when I was primarily a videographer I used a C100, and Canon glass all the time. it's all good. haha. I shoot Nikon now. Sony has the tech but lacks the character. And yes, use your iPhone a lot! I feel like it's easier than the gorilla pod and a 70D or something. Haha.
