The time signature in the first measure of "BIKE" by Tanger I think is in 23/16 and just speeds up over the course of the measure, until it goes into regular 4/4.

I doubt strong one masked man was made with any particular time signature in mind, I think they just took a familiar track and warped it to create the feeling that something is not as it should be. The fact that it doesn’t cleanly line up with any time signature only adds to that.

I spent many an hour rolling that marble and that piece of music never did sit right with me. I had a vague idea of how NES music was made and that they were probably entering frequencies, not notes. I figured whoever did the music just entered some data wrong. Had no idea it was an intentional choice.
