Hate that it's "limited edition". The price doesn't bother me, but making it limited edition (though months later and it's still available in stores in the U.S.) is really annoying and makes me not seriously consider it. I don't like to feel like I'm being rushed into a decision.

hello, question... how do yo get out of the page in chain mode after setting up the added modules, WITHOUT undoing what you've done? in this video you just jump to hard sync without explaining.

Sequencer query. I’ve not found a way to use external MIDI clock and still use the step modulator. Does it exist? If not, can I use the onboard sequencer but synch to an external sequencer? Thank you. Brilliant synth!

Can this handle stereo?

I use the psyclop with bass to mix my dry signal with a proco rat. In the past, I've tried several blender/mixer pedal...The psyclop is the best tool I've ever had. Thank you so much Dreadbox for this awesome pedal. It's perfect.

Nice sounding synth with a nice design, but certainly not worth the price tag especially considering its limitations. It’s a bit of a pompous assumption that this “Limited Edition” synth is going to have a collector value on the aftermarket. I think a price tag in the vicinity of 1500 bucks would make a lot more sense.

How could someone make such a fantastic pedal but keep it mono? Chorus and flanger are nonsense in mono

I just ordered one of the new versions today. Im really looking forward to it. The simplicity of it just looks great. But that simplicity seems to be just in the UI. The sounds it can make are something else. Can't wait 😀

Of all the stuff out there I absolutely LOVE these sounds. In an Abyss or NYX form factor it’s a no brainier. Modular - nope

Please make the Telephaty bundle in a self contained unit with patch memory. Absolutely LOVE the sound, but modular is a no go zone.

Kind of harsh for an analog synthesizer to be honest. I have one and can never get it to sound how I wanted it for some reason. Oh well cool video though. Just sounds a bit thin and a little little harsh but that’s my opinion and probably I’m the only one that thinks this it’s OK still love you guys.

For a synthesizer that will cost $3000 that sure is a basic paint job. I would never. If I had $3000 for spend on a synth I could never waste that amount of money on something painted white. Too ugly, too plain, like the walls in houses here in USA. The least you could do is create a custom outside like the custom inside. The look of the synthesizer causes me to hear the synth as though it is not as capable from the plain rip off paint job. And if there comes a time when so many have failed from the shear lack of inspiration due to such a plain paint job, we'll know whose fault it is, seeing how I see that being possible. I'd give this a solid 2/5 stars. Very expensive, ugly paint job, too little too late. Also, polyphonic synthesizers tend to fail anyway. It's not like anyone is makng stark raving mad music with the arturia poly synths right now. The Murmuxv3 synth sound reminds me of the Erica Synths frog box, what a horrible dry and educational sounding music box the erica synths frog box is; the demo from anderton's starts horribly with sounds I didn't expect when I saw the release of the new synthesizer. In the right hands the sounds would be pleasing but in the wrong hands, total white paint job destruction, to be expected from that vision of red eye strain. Hope this comment doesn't hurt your feelings too bad. I'm only being honest.

If I read correctly, that’s rather more than my Syntrx II cost. Fortunately, I already have- and am very fond of- two Typhons, so I don’t feel bad about it.

I’m guessing limited numbers because they hope to sell that many? I think it’s fantastic, and would think about adding one, but I’m synth poor atm.

Yeah, that's a lot of money for most of us. But to be honest i really can't see where the teenage engineering thing and all that comes from. They were doing this before going with mass produced synths. Both the murmux v1 and v2 were limited edition of 125 iirc and 50 units, handmade with fabric and all that. I own both v1 and v2 and i won't be buying the murmux adept, sadly for me. But i think it's a bit of a stretch to criticize dreadbox for making a one time pricey 300 pieces limited edition when they sell things like the typhon or the nymphes. The chromatic eurorack series which are probably the cheapest modules you can buy, we're talking behringer price, i don't even know how they pull this off, and the modules are pretty clever with a lot of functions; the only thing i didn't like was the panel colors but they just made the black version available . They were even doing that before the chromaric line with the white line series, affordable modules. This is just like the cascadia, the deckard dream or you name it, luxury items for whealty people. But everything dreadbox has ever done is honest affordable quality instruments, fair enough if you don't like it. I think they still are a very respectable company, i don't even need to say it

It looks like an amazing piece of hardware. Would love to get it, however, with current price it'll take a few years before I can think about doing that though it's probably sold out by then :-/ (mind you, that's not a complaint, it's just matter of priorities currently). Though I do have a complaint as well. In the description it'd be really nice if addresses were actually proper URL's with protocol identifier. Address to the site with details on Murmux is there, but it isn't complete without adding protocol identifier (preferably ) to it.

Price is kinda a bummer... You guys have always been known for having more affordable desktop synths.. plus the artificial scarcity is pretty silly also..

15:50 and New Wave is reborn... If I were a guitar player, I'd pick this up immediately. Need to think through a bit more use-cases as a synth player (the looping might be the biggest one). A bunch of use-cases open up if this took CV and converted it to expression pedal input. But as always, Dreadbox does not disappoint in coming up with unique approaches to musical instruments.
