Please let your development team know to expand this series to include a frame hard shell lockbox of various sizes! I'd like a small lock box for essential tools such as mini-pump, patch kit, multi-tool, etc. that can attach to the center bicycle frame.

Just purchased on June 20th, 2024, I worked for 2 days and have stopped working, Customer Support has not been helpful, and have been unresponsive. They thought it was the controller, ordered it, on July 6th, and as of July 9th it has not been sent out yet. And I have to take the bike apart and fix it. I called a service center (the closest was 2 hours way) and they felt it was the motor. They have not been helpful, as it is so big, I can't transport it and would have to hire a van and drive 2 hours each way to get it to a service center. So, if anything goes wrong with the bike as in my situation, and you're not close to a service center nor have a vehicle large enough to transport this bike, as of the date of this writing, you are screwed. And good luck speaking with someone with authority to make decisions.

Where’s the range extender?

If you want to remove the rear wheel on the RAD RUNNER 2 (two), in my case, to add fenders. You have to remove the chain tensioner as well. The wheel axle will not clear and come out with it in place. It does not fold out of the way. It was a cinch to do, if you felt comfortable getting to that point in the procedure, following this video.

Depending on when your ebike was manufactured you may receive a front wheel with a bolt-on axle. All models come with a quick release skewer to secure the fork protector plate during shipping, IF you have a bolt-on axle this will not be required for assembly. Wish it was this easy to get my back wheel off but it is NOT moving even though I loosened and removed everything right. I have put over 2500 miles on my bike and replaced the tires at 2000 miles and now am trying to get the wheel off to replace the freewheel but can't make the axle budge one bit. I wouldn't suggest Rad bikes to anyone, their customer service is nonexistent and they don't sell replacement parts.

Again I'm trying to remove the back tire and it won't move, the teardrop shaped washer doesn't move at all, there are no mechanics remotely near me to go to and rad recommend this Useless video.

This information is presented very well. I have watched this video and appropriate portions, several times over several years. I have successfully adjusted my Rad and other bikes in my collection. I am quite appreciative that Rad and the presenter have kept me from costly bike shop tune ups. Thank you Rad.

Ur bike are the worst ever I tried to replace it and the stuip chain won’t do on because you your chain doesn’t allow for it the come off easy (ps don’t waste your money on the bike it’s too slow and after 500 miles it goes 15 and latest 15 miles)

My wife and I own Rad Mini's and the front fork suspension is way too stiff on the softest setting with only 1 inch of maximum travel when riding off road. No one at Rad Power Bikes or the Facebook Group Rad Power Bikes Owners Community was able to suggest a solution. At the end of our rides our hands and wrists are toast.

Rad Bike's costumer services sucks! I have problem with battery's not charging and the help desk is useless. They no longer have their own repair facilities or field technicians to provide help! I will never buy any product from them!

I have a radwagon cargo 2019 with the direct drive non geared motor and every hill is a nightmare here in vancouver BC, even with the bolton 35amp controller and a fully charged battery. I am looking to upgrade the rear motor next or just sell off my radwagon bike all together as it doesnt have the power to get up hills what so ever no matter the peddle assit level.
