Common Tesla annoyance solved!
Let's solve a first world problem...
Tesla Model S 3 X Y
It's impossible to fill windshield washer fluid without spilling it. Especially when the cap keeps flopping over blocking the filler tube.
This rubbed/silicone funnel was purchased on Aliexpress.
Easy to install, stays in place and includes its own cap!
Simply pull out the existing Tesla cap by gently but firmly pulling it off with the tube collar.
Push the funnel in making sure it is well seated all the way down the filler tube.

    Curious, so is the wood piece attached to the frame of the gazebo at all? Or does it just sit flushed against the frame and the top and bottom bolts used for the mount is what is holding everything in place? I have a steel gazebo with similar frame and wondering if this same setup would work.

      In my case, I could open the hood but it would not latch closed. If you can reach the black plastic tube shown at 2:25, you can try pulling the white towards the drivers side to unlatch. Maybe a google search of Ford forums can provide some clues of how to unlatch.

    • @jtaylorstudios
      @jtaylorstudios Před 4 měsíci

      Probably late with this but that just happened to me yesterday. The hood release would pop the hood but the latch wouldn’t open and release. I could lift the hood just a couple inches. I was able to remove the u shaped bracket that is mounted to the hood using a 10mm box end wrench, then opened the hood. Now I have to replace/repair the cable.

    • @bigsexylawson
      @bigsexylawson Před 4 měsíci

      @@jtaylorstudios I got it. I just used a long screwdriver and pushed the latch from the grill. Got lucky once lol lubed the heck out of it and it's working again. I wouldn't buy another Ford edge ever. Everything about it is dumb. Can't charge a dead battery while it's installed you have to disconnect a cable or the lights flash and the radio hums and pops. Even with the keys out it still makes all kinds of crazy noises and flashing lights when I charge the battery. Connected a trickle charger thinking the big charger was to much and as soon as the battery got a slight charge the lights started flashing and killed the battery.

    In your description, it says to cut the 2/3 fuel line and you're replacing it with a 3/8 fuel line. In the video, I can see a glossy line which I'm guessing is the 2/3, and the matte black fuel is clearly bigger I'm not sure in the video is it a comparison? You mentioned cut why cut the line you could probably pull both ends out. You lost me when you said to cut hose/line past the end of the old valve. Correct me if I'm wrong basically replace the old 2/3 with 3/8
